Filipino Pro-life/family/justice Activist
Dear Sir/Madam and Pro-life/Family Friends:
“GOD IS THE ONE WHO MADE ALL THINGS, AND ALL THINGS FOR HIS GLORY. HE WANTED TO HAVE MANY CHILDREN SHARE HIS GLORY.” – Heb. 2:10a (NCV)
We would like to take this great opportunity to write you personally and to your organization for the survival and improvement of our pro-life/family/justice mission in the region here in the Philippines . We need help. Our pro-life mission must survive for the unborn children and the poor mothers victimized by the ravaging disease of the so-called civilized western world which has been imported and imposed down here and brainwashed into acceptance by the Filipino people.
We have been in the very difficult situation in the Philippines in the savage cruelty of dreadful poverty, haemorrhaging financial-economic, political crisis, violence, insurgencies, plagued down by the munificently well-funded POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES that mercilessly, heartlessly, consciencelessly murder the innocents and perpetuate terrible sufferings to the poor Filipino families in the region and in the countrysides. Aside from the huge funding provided by other international agencies, UNPFA has around US $ 30 Million for 5 years for population control programmes in the Philippines in the name of reproductive rights/health or modern family planning methods which are nothing but adroit code words for abortion and surreptitiously by the use of euphemism of choice in collusion with USAID funding (with due respect to pro-life US President George W. Bush) semi-private Abortion Mill named WELL-FAMILY CLINIC branches all over the Phillipines. Like many countries where abortion is done legally and illegally, hundreds of thousands (300,000 to 500,000 induced abortions occur annually in the Philippines despite of its illegal status.
If we want peace, protect the unborn children, family life and reach out the poor!
And because of the massive inflow of chemical abortifacients like injectable Depo-Provera as claimed to be only contraceptives and other abortion methods like herbal and massage methods, etc., millions of unborn fetus and the poor mothers are victimized by abortion in the whole Philippines . About 80,000 to 160,000 Filipino women end up in the hospitals due to complications and side-effects. Many others die without even reaching the hospitals. Abortion then becomes a class issue, especially when it is illegal. Rich and middle class Filipino women can opt to go to hospitals or even abroad (USA/UK/Germany/Japan) for claimed to be safe and discreet procedures. Filipino women/mothers who are in the villages in poverty pressured by Philippine Dept. of Health and UNPFA/UNICEF, et. al, who do not have the information and resources, however, have been deceived to risk their lives and limbs in abortion methods performed by the local health workers like Depo-Provera injections and performed by abortionist-quack doctors and by money-making professional doctors or untrained and/or ill-equipped abortion providers.
It was in 1960’s when massive population control began in the Philippines . Many government officials, economists, politicians, environmentalists, some activists and reformers have embraced without qualms the population control ideology and philosophy, and have embraced imposed belief that Philippine population growth (Philippine birth rate is fastly declining – the problem of replacement of the ageing population is true) is the root-cause of poverty – which is a nightmare of a great lie. And because of massive propaganda, alas, millions of Filipinos are deceived into believing that population control through artificial contraceptives, abortifacients and legalized abortion, same-sex marriage, divorce and even euthanasia could be the solutions to poverty. This is terrible. The Lord does not say abortion is the solution to poverty. Even if we will kill all the poor peoples and kill all born and unborn children, we cannot, for certain, cure poverty. Poverty remains because of sins and monetary poverty remains as long as the system of economy and of money is unjust and unfair.
That’s why sine 1960’s, the Philippine government until now has been under the imposed population control policies of the rich-nations, economically and financially under the tutelage and supervision of the IMF and WB-where Philippines is enormously indebted along with other bilateral financial institutions of the same policies, with the total debt of close to US$200 Billion with the interest payment of US$7-10 Billion annually or US$1 Million daily as the first major priority of the Philippine Government and as automatic appropriation at the terrible cost of human life and of the innocents, the poor and the needy in the countrysides in unnamed horrors of poverty and death. Philippines has more than 40 Million people under poverty line, increasing in numbers because of financial-economic injustice. Of course ABORTION ALSO A FACTOR OF INCREASING POVERTY. We have computed that since 1968, Philippine government has paid under pressures more than US$160 Billion of interest alone from the IMF original loan of US$8 Million and original loan of US$700 Million in 1968 and now skyrocketing daily in debts and interest. And they believe, economy could be improved through pro-debt and pro-death policies where legalizations of abortion, same-sex marriage, divorce and even euthanasia are finally done. For many years, legalization of abortion has been debated and in fact attempted but thanks to God and to overseas pro-lifers’ assistance, it is not realized. But abortion is going on here whether it is legal or illegal. And it is very cunning because the use of chemicals to do abortion and administration of vaccines are now some of the tools to abortion industry in the Philippines . By vaccinations to poor mothers and children, they become infertile and impotent to bear children.
Abortion continues to devour Filipino people/families by different methods with the helpless victims of innocent lives and the poor mothers. THEY NEED HELP. WE NEED HELP TO SAVE THEM. Abortion goes on as long as the culture of death is sustained and promoted by those influential individuals agencies, groups and funders and their cohorts in the government and in the United Nations. Precious lives of the unborn are still wasted. Money is still used for death while millions of Filipino children and families are in the most pitiful pit of dreadful poverty, diseases, calamities, unemployments, insecurities and bloody insurgencies. On the records, in 1998 for example, the total aid fund given to the third world nations for ‘development’ and claimed to be for the poor but with anti-life or with population control conditionalities was around US$30 Billion but did not feed down to the poor and the needy. This money was lodged for the pockets of third world government officials including Philippines and for MASSIVE POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES. And painfully, cruelly and ironically, on the same year of 1998, these heavily-indebted-poor-nation-governments PAID BACK US$250 Billion of interest to US$2.2 TRILLION Third world debt (now the total Third world debt is close to US$7 Trillion with US$400 Billion interest annually) to both so called multinational lending institutions led by IMF & WB and of foreign bilateral creditors. The aid which is not fed down to the poor in the third world is nothing but a leaf from the vine and is therefore a crazy administration of the financial system.
What is the logic of population control programmes? They said ‘over-population’, but it is a great lie. They said lack of food, it is a lie. They said economic problem but economic problem is not because of population growth. And those intellectuals in the government and in the United Nations must open their eyes that the VERY ROOT-CAUSE OF POVERTY IS THE CONTROL OF MONEY by the international bankers, second, by the defective money system, dirty politics, our greed and avarice and our lack of charity and solidarity to the poor. We do not fulfill the commandments of God and of the Social Doctrines of the Church.
For 10 years, I have been struggling in pro-life/family mission with changing par-time and full-time assistants, passing though so many difficult situations and dangers in poverty and terrible illnesses. For the last 2 years I have been systematically ill suffering partially-disabling M.E. –CFS/FM disease with occasional complications. Since 2002 I have been under therapies but still unfinished and incomplete due to our very serious financial problems. Until now I am still indebted to the hospital where I was confined for 3 days at seemed to be in the pangs of death. I have been wrestling tremendous health crisis since the past months until now because of on and off relapse but I try to do the mission for life/family/justice. My children have been also suffering illnesses one after another from time to time. My son STEPHEN PAUL, 3 yrs. old has been suffering from LYMPHTIC NODE CYST/tumor at his lower neck and been under oral therapies, and being observed for surgical operation this year, supposed to be earlier this year but we do not know go yet to proceed because we have no PERSONAL FUNDING FOR THIS CHILD. He got so many vaccinations in the 2000-2001 and we suspect that his illness is actually the side-effects of this medical insanity-which is also life-destroying and killing. WE NEED EMERGENCY US$1,000 more or less for his operation and we are puzzled, shackled, tormented where to get this amount within Philippines . My wife and I are afraid. And because of the chronic shortage of money for life, actually for life-sustenance and survival, we do not know what must be the best thing to do right now. There are so many children here suffering similar diseases, in fact with increasing autoimmune/degenerative diseases without any aid from the government. We suspect all these diseases are effects of modern medical insanity such as those contraceptives, abortifacients, vaccinations and antibiotics. NO ANY NUTRITIONAL ASSISTANCE TO THE POOR CHILDREN TO AVOID DISEASES.
We have been fighting against multi-million $ UNPFA and USAID pro-choice/reproductive right/health/abortion policies in 3 provinces. We have no strong support base in the region nor any assistance from Philippine based pro-life groups. Many people mostly Christians and Catholics are becoming mindless, heartless, and no longer interested to pro-life but shifting their belief to pro-choice policies. Our friends and relatives are also becoming pro-choice and others would like to help but financially very poor, also suffering diseases. Many businessmen are pro-choice whilst others would like to help, are bankrupt. Some good Catholics would like to help but stricken by unemployment as one of the major problems in the region, and plagued down by poverty, hunger and indebtedness.
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO HELP US STAY ON THE FIGHT FOR LIFE. It is really difficult to do pro-life without funding and secure support base. We have to do pro-life to save the unborn here. We cannot rely foreign pro-lifers to do pro-life work here for the unborn. Foreign pro-lifers have their own domestic concerns to their countries. Our point is that since foreign pro-lifers cannot directly help to save unborn children here, they can help FINANCIALLY to do so. And this is the time as we have no time to waste when pro-choice and pro-death in their culture of death have no time to waste to expand the virus of death in the whole world.
We have been questioning to why there is plenty of money for population control but no any money or nutritional programmes for the poor children and families in poverty in the countrysides. For many years we have been also advocating pro-life basic/supplementary basic income to every Filipino family to help families take care their children in their needs and not to do abortion. We wrote articles and proposals but we were smugly ignored by the government officials and unsupported by the religious or Church officials. And therefore still in fiasco.
Despite of mandatory vaccinations as claimed to be to eradicate diseases, millions of children are stricken with diseases-difficult to cure. There are 22 MILLION Filipino TB sufferers despite of mandatory BcG vaccination to millions of children annually. Diseases like malnutrition are rampant and seemed to be ordinary situations but in fact disabling, killing the poor and the marginalized children and families in the squatter, shanty areas in the countrysides. The Phil. Dept. of Health in our province through the representative-employee said our place is unsanitary, unfit for residential place but this department does not do anything to make poor families and children better except as they believe as good by wasteful, imprudent vaccinations, contraceptives, abortifacients and antibiotics with tremendous side-effects and untimely and unnecessary death.
Since 1995, we have been desperately appealing for major much-needed pro-life funds for our long-standing projects as you see in the enclosed copies. We were rejected by almost 100 overseas based agencies, organizations and individuals since then, except with some small donations. We are always pressured to budget carefully any donation we receive to keep us going. But it is very difficult in front of so many needs from time to time.
And at this time we are writing to you for possible one-time-off pro-life aid in the amount of US$200 to US$500 for us to raise US$5,000 to US$10,000 more or less for our pro-life projects for the victims of abortion in the region. WE ARE DESPERATELY ASKING FOR HELP TODAY. We are knocking at your door. Please consider to help us today.
We are the victims of child hard labor and many sorts of abuses in 1975 and 1980’s. My family members and I, my wife and her families are poverty survivors. We want to be liberated from poverty but we REFUSED to succumb or bow down to anti-life economic policies imposed by the IMF/WB/UNPFA/WHO/IPPF policies but pro-life economic policies respecting the life of the innocents, protecting the sacredness of human life, defending the dignity of the family life and providing economic security to the poor by way of family subsidy or supplementary basic income to every individual and or family from the cradle to the grave rather than hugely wasting money for immoral/unnatural/life-destroying-killing population control programmes and never-ending payment of interest to anti-life IMF-WB.
We are sorry to mention all these things including our personal situation that affect us in our mission and survival. We hope these might not infuriate you. We know our countries are both suffering from the cruelty of the culture of death. But we hope more prayers, charity and solidarity for the sake of the unborn children who are being mercilessly murdered in the wombs of the mothers all over the world.
We hope many citizens in USA , UK , EU, Middle East and in Asia are waking up against the threat of the culture of death. We hope PRO-LIFERS in your country will keep going, vigilant, devoted and committed to save the unborn children from the hecatomb of abortion. Children are beautiful, the gifts of God to many nations, created in the image and likeness of God. Children are a wealth of many nations and of the world, important assets of the nations, future co-contributors of the world’s progress provided there is obedience to God in the matter of faith and morals. Unborn/born children are a replacement of the ageing populations. We know that American, British European, Israelite, Asian, African parents, etc. are traditionally responsible parents and citizens for life and family but only deceived and hijacked by the massive preponderance of anti-life/family ideologies, philosophies of their own peoples and of the global manipulators of the present modern civilization.
St. Barnabas taugh: “YOU SHALL NOT ABORT THE UNBORN CHILDREN IN ORDER TO AVOID THE DUTIES OF PARENTHOOD NOR MURDER INFANTS BUT REJOICE IN EVERY CHILD AS A GIFT FROM GOD.” Abortion certainly kills or murders the best children in the world. All children have the heavenly rights to be born and to live with all the protection and right to all God-given material wealth of the earth. Children are a gift of God sent to the world, who might cure the world problems as we continue to struggle for survival, for sanctification and salvation. Children are a reservoir of the new forthcoming civilization, to abort them is a great disaster. Abortion is to encroach the divine plan of God to humanity and to the next life. Culture of abortion is indeed a ravaging disease in the so-called civilized western world infecting the third-fourth world nations. Pro-lifers must survive for life and must be saved from the virus of this disease. Pro-lifers in your country must keep the Faith and do every endeavor to STOP ABORTION. THE CULTURE OF DEATH SHOULD CONSTANTLY BE REJECTED IN UTTER ABHORRENCE. If not, this satanic culture of murder of the innocent children will ultimately devour the whole major world’s civilizations, expanding to the ends of the earth. RESIST IT NOW AND BUILD UP THE CULTURE OF LIFE IN YOUR COUNTRY AND PLEASE HELP THE POOR NATIONS NOW UNDER THE MASSIVE THREATS OF DEATH.
We are afraid, nervous and ashamed to ask for help but we hope you, fellow pro-lifers are matured enough to see the problems and will consider to help us at least ABSOLUTELY ONE-TIME-OFF, SMALL OR LARGE PRO-LIFE AID TODAY FOR OUR EMERGENCY LIFE-SAVING PROJECTS AND OPERATION, OUR SURVIVAL IN THE REGION, IN THE PHILIPPINES AND PERHAPS THROUGH YOUR KINDEST INTERMEDIARY IF POSSIBLE TO OTHER PRO-LIFE LINKS IN YOUR COUNTRY.
We hope for our continued pro-life correspondence in the future for the sake of the unborn children.
Remain us united in our prayers and commitment for life, family and justice for the unborn and for building up a new real civilization of love! Long live and God bless you all!
Sincerely, gratefully and devotedly yours in the Lord of Life for the defence of human life and family.

Abortion
Abortion is not a word. Abortion is a death sentence.
Abortion is certainly a death sentence for the baby.
Very few people like the death sentence.
We need to say that the abortionist doctor is the executioner who carries out the death sentence.

A Meaningful Pro-life Birth Control Progamme By E. Encina
A MEANINGFUL PRO-LIFE BIRTH CONTROL PROGRAMME
By Eric V. Encina
The Reproductive Health Bill or House Bill 5043, has long been debated among its proponents, advocates and critics endlessly. As we know the Roman Catholic Church strongly opposes the bill because it seeks to control the population artificially that leads to abortion and it also seeks to limit the size of Filipino families, which is contrary to Creator's comman: "Go and multiply"!
The Catholic Church is traditionally against the promotion of the use of different contraceptives (now abortifacients) as a primary tool for population control. On the other hand, the Reproductive Health Bill proponents, led by its principal author, Albay Province Representative Edcel C. Lagman, seek to control the population growth. THE BILL INTENDS TO PROMOTE TWO-CHILDREN POLICY AS BELIEVED TO BE THE IDEAL FILIPINO FAMILY SIZE. This remains to be debate with regards to ideal family size. The Church is perfect in its defination about family size.
The burgeoning population is primarilly thought or believed to be a primary deterrent to Philippine country's economic growth. The number of Filipino people according to statistics now stands at 88.57 million (but this could be exaggerated since death rate is ignored) and it is expected to be doubled in 7 years time. This compounds the problem of rapid urbanizations as more and more Filipinos from the rural areas mostly impoverished by poverty are eventually drawn to the cities to look for better opportunities. As cities become densely populated, resources become more scarce --usually in terms of money, but not necessarilly in terms of goods or foods as we are in the age of plenty despite of apparent financial crisis They also become unsustainable cities where environmental threats and social and economic distress become concentrated.
MY PRO-LIFE WIN-WIN SOLUTION-PROPOSAL:
I propose that the allocation of government funds would be better put for population education with moral and natural basis and sustainable living rather than controlling the POPULATION GROWTH which is not a good goal. If there is no money, then, let it be possible to create money debt free and be made available for the poor families to be sustainable. We rather advocate money for life than for using contraceptives.
We have to scrutinize the report from UNPFA Population Commission showing a comprehensive mapping of oversized Filipino families whether they are correct or not.
Is Povery caused by population growth or by the present economic system? We pro-lifers also know generally that poorer families tend to have more children. But abortion cannot be justified to solve poverty.
This is where population management, rather than "control" programmes can be implemented. I still believe that the matter of having children is still one's choice but we can do something to help poor families make educated choices HOWEVER ACCORDING TO NATURAL AND MORAL METHODS, especially the poor and the disadvantaged families particularly the poor women. If ever, Philippine government must allocate funds for the relevant educational programmes INSTEAD OF PROMOTING CONTRACEPTIVES or abortifacients and its WANTON WASTAGE OF MONEY OR FUNDS THAT ARE EVIDENTLY HARMFUL TO THE BODY AND DISASTROUS TO SEX EDUCATION FOR THE YOUTH FROM GRADE 5 UP TO FOURTH YEAR HIGH SCHOOL, WHICH COULD, IN ALL PROBABILITY, SEND THE WRONG THE SIGNALS FOR LIBERAL SEX or to make straight, to immoral sex.
We can learn a lot from other countries that strictly controlled the population growth. the Chinese Government, for example, found out it difficult to make its people comply with the one-child policy. This only encouraged most people to falsify documents to avoid punishment. People in the rural areas or communities also need large families to help work in the farms and so they found ways to go around the birth-quota system. Some families killed babies in order to comply.
Other countries that adopted similar policies in the early '70s found too late that an ageing population is not good for the economy; government spends more to support them rather then benefit from taxes remitted by a younger working population.
Our Filipino lawmakers must not be too worried about population growth with the increase in migration of Filipinos seeking greener pastures in other countries, the decrease in fertility rate among women from six children in 1975 to three or less and the increasing awareness of the average family that poverty gets more difficult to handle with more mouths to feed.
Local government must empower village heads and leaders and equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary for them to be able to educate members of their communities meaningfully in this aspect of managing their families without recourse to artificial methods that lead to abortion. Any government government programme woud be useless if the grassroots level would not be reached. This is one concrete tool by which the efficiency and effectiveness of our existing government systems can be tested.
Let us promote a meaningful pro-life birth control programme without violating the natural and moral laws. Natural Birth Control and The Theology of the Body as a whole is the solution to the problem with the implementation of pro-life-based economic system for the poor families and children.

3 MAJOR PRO-LIFE STEPS FOR THE INNOCENTS BY Encina
THREE MAJOR URGENT STEPS FOR LIFE, FAMILY AND JUSTICE FOR FILIPINO PEOPLE’S SURVIVAL
By Eric V. Encina
The country is facing the greatest threats: the crisis of faith and morality, of threats against life and the destruction of family to its continued existence as a Republic. Many nations are on the same fate and at present are also reeling and teetering in global acute financial collapse under the present anti-life financial-economic system.
The present ECONOMIC POLICIES are, evidently, by nature anti-life, anti-family and anti-poor: The import liberalization, privatizations, and deregulations because of debts with the condition of POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES, that have been proven to be the MEANS to destroy our Filipino farming families in the countryside and the society’s ability to survive as a nation. The economic policies that for many years have been the mandates of the global financial-economic manipulators and international bankers for the destruction of human life, families and impoverishment of the poor natives in the country.
The SYSTEM of “floating exchange-rates,” has provided the unfair mechanism and virtually ANTI-LIFE POLICIES, for the world’s rapacious creditors, being represented by the IMF and WB and their cohorts that give the condition of POPULATION CONTROL CONDITIONS IN EXCHANGE OF LOANS, and to continually impose periodic and continuous devaluation of Philippine Peso currency and thereby automatically and eventually increasing our ONEROUS AND UNREPAYABLE FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC DEBTS WITH SKYROCKETHING IMMORAL PAYMENTS.
Philippines is dreadfully plunged into almost total dependence on IMPORTED OIL by mothballing what might have been a principal source of the most cost-efficient, reliable and indigenous source of power, the BATAAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT in Bataan Province, Philippines—which is the most expensive, dangerous and useless project in the Philippines from foreign loans (one of the odious debts ever contracted) to US EXIMBANK through US Westinghouse Company, with the interest of $300,000 to US$400,000 daily payable until 2018 from the original loan of US$1.2 Billion, it turned at the latest at US$2.1 Billion because of compounding interest IN ADDITION TO TOTAL US$250 Billion Philippine domestic and foreign debts with the annual interest of US$10 to US$15 Billion. Money is available for greed and avarice but not for life and for the poor.
THE WORLD FINANCIAL SYSTEM, despite of warnings from the Church and those peoples in the right direction, IS IN THE PROCESS OF TOTAL COLLAPSE because its foundation is not from God, however, on the other hand, under subtle tactics of the bankers, the bail-out package is for their own benefits at the expenses of the Western-based taxpayers and the citizens all over the world. FINANCIAL COLLAPSE IS SEEMED TO BE BENEFICIAL TO THE BANKERS AND FINANCIERS THAT MAINTAIN THEIR GREED AND AVARICE AND THEIR ANTI-LIFE SUPPORTS, BUT DREADFUL TO ALL PEOPLE particularly to the poor and to the innocents.
BECAUSE OF MONEY CONTROL AND MONEY PROBLEM AND POVERTY, THE UNBORN CHILDREN ARE MOSTLY CANDIDATE TO ABORTION.
The Philippine Government is a negligent government without any releasable pro-life and pro-life alternatives to support the poor families and children, and thus incompetent to address the economic crisis that afflicts most poor families in the countryside.
Most economic managers are both theoretically and pragmatically ant-life and are speculators for profits, and committing economic treasons that they support BILLS that target the innocent children and the poor. Most politicians are in compromised agreement to anti-life proposals and policies only for their own benefits. BUT CONFUSED AND PANICKING FILIPINO FAMILIES IN POVERTY, UNEMPLOYMENT, HUNGER, BANKRUPTCY AND IN NATURAL DISASTERS LOOK ON, AS PRICES OF BASIC COMMODITIES AND NEEDS CONTINUE TO SPIRAL BEYOND THEIR REACH~~~~~ the result is hunger and then the pressures to kill the unborn and even the born babies.
The prevailing conditions of life have been too terrible and dramatically deteriorated to historically in unprecedented and intolerable levels.
THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT has repeatedly prove itself to be grossly incompetent, extremely corrupt, callously insensitive to increasingly severe conditions of acute money problem and groaning poverty situation of our Filipino families and children in the country are subjected to.
Powerful Filipino politicians, influential businessmen and “econoquacks” in the academe in compromised agreement with the global manipulators and bankers that finance CULTURE OF DEATH, the media men who are intellectual prostitutes—WHO ARE PAID TO DISCREDIT PRO-LIFERS and thus cover up the abortion industry. All of these conspire to mislead the general public through false propaganda, and mis-education that junk the truths and persecute human life, only for their own vested interest and insatiable profits.
EMERGENCY PRO-LIFE-BASED MEASURES have to be taken to address the loss of Filipino lives particularly the innocents, the survival of the nation, and the assurance that succeeding generations will survive and keep the legacy of life and prosper in solidarity and charity with other nations all over the world towards the civilization of love.
As a Filipino Pro-life/Family/Justice Activist, and my poor Filipino members in the impoverished villages, we strongly propose the following urgent and necessary pro-life/family/justice steps for the better to be implemented immediately with our own small pro-life campaign efforts and projects in the villages, lest we further allow to deteriorate into total difficulties.
1. NATIONAL PRO-LIFE ECONOMIC REFORM: We have to legislate national economic reform for the sake of life, that is, to create our own Philippine Peso National Credit debt and interest free without any debts towards the commercial, foreign and international banks. The Philippine Government can create money in our own Philippine currency debt free for many essential purposes for the national and lower levels of government, for the PRIORITY OF SAVING LIVES AND FEED THE POOR FAMILIES, also for the payment of legitimate interest, that is Peso debt free money creation and then to be converted into US$ by banking mechanism for payment transactions, except for proven odious debts. Through debt-free money creation in Philippine Peso according to the needs and resources, the government can provide economic or financial security in the form of extra basic income or dividend to every Filipino family or citizen or can give financial security for the children.
2. TO DECLARE MORATORIUM IF NOT CANCELLATION OF DEBT OR REDUCTION OF DEBTS, ON FOREIGN DEBT PAYMENTS: We are now paying beyond US$10 to US$15 billion per year of interest. PAYMENT OF US$500 PER SECOND OF INTEREST to government debts IS indeed UNIMAGINABLE. The money, the budget which is being used for the payment is coming from the VICIOUS CYCLES OF BORROWING with population control conditions, , taxes thru the pestiferous VALUED ADDED TAX (VAT) AND EXPANXDED VALUE ADDED TAX (E-VAT), that increase the prices of basic needs like foods, medicines, and also services like hospitalization, electricity, water and telephone rates and privatization of significant infrastructure in water, electric and highways because of debts.
3. TO IMMEDIATELY IMPLEMENT A NATIONAL FOOD PRODUCTION PROGRAMME THROUGH ORGANIC FARMING METHODS WITH THE NECESSARY FUNDING FROM THE GOVERNMENT FROM DEBT FREE MONEY CREATION. This is anti-inflation and survival program by educating and training all Filipino families and the children or households to produce foods like vegetables, livestock, poultry, fish, rice, corn, banana, herbs, etc and instructing or mandating the PHILIPPINE DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE, EDUCATION AND OTHER CONCERNED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL, LOGISTIC AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH ALL VILLAGES IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PROJECTS FOR LIFE TO SAVE HUNGRY FAMILIES AND CHILDREN.
These are the emergency three (3) major steps and solutions for life, family and justice to our country’s most serious life and economic, monetary and survival problems. PLEASE HELP. The immediate action is imperative if we are to function as a nation-state to be free from the control of International High Finance Capitalism that is now doing a lot of tricks to cause most nations and citizens in total economic collapse and that is hostile to human life and to the poor.
Our nation and most nations under the anti-life financial-economic are fast disintegrating and collapsing with the untold loss of human lives and into unprecedented chaos, of hunger and starvation in the main cities, towns, villages and in the countryside where farming is in collapse and communities under natural disasters without any aid from the government while FUNDING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE BILLS TO LEGALISE ABORTION AND FOR THE POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES.
The problem of rebellion and insurrection continues to affect the nation in murder and assassinations that are not the solutions to problems. Also the condition of anarchy which might likely take several generations to put in order or correct.
PLEASE, ALL FILIPINOS CONCERNED, HELP TO PROMOTE THIS PAPER AND DISTRIBUTE AS MANY AS POSSIBLE ALL OVER THE REGION AND OR ALL OVER THE COUNTRY.
WE HAVE TO PRINT THE PAPERS IN THE MOST CHEAPEST WAY AND DISTRIBUTE ALL OVER THE REGION. Let us take action to continue saving lives and the families.
LET US BUILD PRO-LIFE CULTURE AND CIVILIZATION AND IMPLEMENT THE PRO-LIFE ALTERNATIVES AS SUGGESTED ABOVE AND BUILD UP THE FUTURE, SAVE OUR NATION, OUR CHIDREN AND GENERATIONS TO COME.
Please join the campaign for LIFE, FAMILY AND JUSTICE AND ALTERNATIVE PROJECTS FOR LIFE AND FOR THE POOR FAMILIES.
Please help. Let the campaign help the fight against the culture of death that kills the innocents and causes the present malaise and untold miseries to human life and families all over the world.
Let us act in justice, charity, solidarity to defend and protect the sacredness of human life, and to uplift the dignity of human beings, as unique creatures, created in Creator’s image, endowed with inalienable rights to LIFE, HEALTH, LIBERTY , SURVIVAL, ECONOMICS AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
With the proposals suggested guided by pro-God/pro-life/family/justice principles, together with all the sincere and true PRO-LIFERS of all nations, let us work together to bring about a new civilization of love and life, a new, just and secured economic order for all peoples especially the innocents and the poor, a world of peace, development and prosperity for all.

U.N. ANTI-LIFE/FAMILY/JUSTICE MILLENIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS by Eric V. Encina
U.N. ANTI-LIFE/FAMILY/JUSTICE MILLENIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS
By Eric V. Encina
Philippines is a Catholic nation, and is supposed to be enjoying sovereignty and independent State under which our Government exercises full and complete control over all the island and waters embraced therein. Therefore no other foreign government or international agency can conduct or dictate its activities within our territory without government sanction. This is a universal or supposed to be infallible principle among nations.
Unfortunately, there are certain activities which are objectively anti-life, anti-family and anti-justice being carried out some country team agencies of the United Nations (UN) in collusion with those maverick Filipinos because of influence and money within our territory, first on the national level and lately on the local level, that is on the provincial level.
It is so annoying to know, to see and hear how the UN schemes and some of its agencies can freely and imperiously pressure or push the Philippines to reach some goals which they have tantalizingly denominated as "Millennium Development Goals" or MDG. They even dare to venture to set annual targets that Philippines must meet to attain that beguiling MDGs by 2015 to the extent of dictatedly and assertively rating our Philippine performance and telling us the areas where we are "on or off the target".
U.N. DECEPTION:
At first glance and reading the U.N. MDG documents, the goals listed seem to be attractive. Of course, we Filipinos would like to eradicate poverty, hunger, unemployment, develop partnership for development, ensure environmental sustainability, combat HIV/AIDS and other diseases, also achieve universal primary education, promote gender equality and empowerment of women, reduce child mortality and improve maternal health. BUT THE DANGER IS: on the hard look, these MDGs are only re-written, expanded and astutely or deceitfully attractive version of a program designed way back in 1974 that contained in A CLASSIFIED DOCUMENT KNOWN THE NATIONAL SECURITY STUDY MEMORANDUM (NSSM) 200. This document presents that POPULATION GROWTH IN THE THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES LIKE THE PHILIPPINES is a threat to the economic and political security of THE RICH NATIONS specifically in the U.S. HOWEVER, THEY DO NOT SEE THAT IT IS NOT THE POPULATION GROWTH of the third world nations that threatens the political and economic security of the rich nations. But rather it is the their own self-auto-destructive system of economics and political policies. The accusation that third world populations are a threat to rich nations is unfounded.
And to maintain access to strategies resources to third world countries, THE PROGRAM OF THE U.N. IS SO RADICAL that aims to DEPOPULATE the them not only by ARTIFICIAL CONTRACEPTIVE SERVICES AND INFORMATION but also by the education and indoctrination of the new generation of children regarding the desirability of the smaller family size. And worse, U.N. is behind the push to legalise abortion in the Philipines.
Aside from wielding their financial power channeled through INTEREST BEARING LOANS, CONDITIONAL GRANTS AND PACKAGES in the form of OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE (ODA) coming from agencies like UNPFA, UNDP AND THE INTERNATIONAL PLANNED PARENTHOOD (IPP) the synthesis of the program has adopted a more enticing and tricky new look through the MDGs that include poverty, hunger, environmental protection, maternal and reproductive health services. All these are used astutely to mislead us towards culture of death. They are using some complex and technical words to avoid their hidden agenda from being noticed.
At the UNESCO media breakfast forum as reported, the representatives of these agencies confirmed that Philippines is "off target" in the MDGs for universal access to education, maternal mortality and access to reproductive health services because Filipinos, like any other couples in other countries HAVE BEEN DENIED THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND ACCESS TO THE RIGHT OF CONTRACEPTIVE METHOD TO USE AND BECAUSE THE COUNTRY HAS NOT SQUARELY ADDRESSED THE ISSUE OF CONTROLLING RAPID POPULATION GROWTH. But is there really rapid population growth rate in the Philippines?
And since they want to do everything to contol the population rate and they are stymied in their efforts to have their population control program on the national level, they have their tactics to the more vulnerable local government units or provinces where, as repoted by UNPFA representative, said AGENCY has already PROVIDED THIS 2008 OF US$1.7 MILLION WORTH OF CONTRACEPTIVES THAT INCLUDE "condoms, pills and injectables THAT PREVENT PREGNANCY" with 540 LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS OR PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENTS ALREADY AVAILING OF THEIR ASSISTANCE TO CONTROL THE POPULATION RATE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE AREAS.
That means, there is more abortion. Modern Contraception leads to abortion. And this is very alarming indeed. These conscienceless and highly sinous international agencies through their financial power continue to pressure our Philipine Government to adopt their POPULATION CONTROL METHODS and they are using media to PROPAGATE THE the sea of lies, the myths, to mislead, misinform or obfuscate, and deceive the whole population. They continue vociferously to peddle the myth and using fake evidences and harping on our RAPID POPULATION GROWTH RATE WHICH IS HIGHLY EXAGGERATED. They place us in the same situation as those countries in the Western world that regret or regretted having adopted POPULATION CONTROL AND ABORTION ON DEMAND, and now encouraging more births. They continue to peddle and bombozzle us that Philipines is over-populated with POOR PEOPLE so we have to limit the number of poor being born.
These international agencies want and dictate the Philipine Government to inform Filipino couples especially the poor famiies, women about the reproductive health services like the use of ARTIFICIAL CONTRACEPTIVES without telling us the TRUTH that even the World Health Organization (WHO) itself in a study, has already confirmed that ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES INCREASE THE RISKS OF BREAST, CERVIX AND LIVER CANCER. They are already millions of Filipino women suffering breast and cervix cancers and other debilitating diseases following the use of contraceptives. They are not telling to the Filipino people of the medical findings: that CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS CAUSE OR INDUCE ABORTION; that those who have used contraceptives have suffered various ailments exposing them and their children to serious bodily and emotional risks along with moral and spiritual tremendous problems; that contraceptive pill has adverse side-effects on every organ system of the human body as it interferes with the normal functioning of the woman's reproductive system; that documented cases show infants of mothers with histories of contraceptive use have been afflicted with CONGENITAL HEARTH DISEASE; that use of pills cause the lowering of bodily resistance to infection and hepatic adenoma that could cause DEATH through abdominal bleeding, nervousness and excessive irritability; that IUD cause leukemia, pelvic infection, uterine perforation, ectopic pregnancy and therapeutic abortion; that DEPOPROVERA INJECTABLE IS ALREADY BANNED IN THE US because it has caused bone cancer and congenital malformation of babies if they fail; that tubal ligation causes severe bleeding, pelvic infection and ectopic pregnancy; that vasectomy may result in hemorrhage, greater risks of thyroid disorders, diabetes, hearth and circulatory diseases; that condoms are not "foolproof" in preventing HIV/AIDS and may also lead to unwanted pregnancies and abortion.
These international agencies are not actually promoting real reproductive health to Filipino people. Reproductive health could be just a codeword for contraception and abortion. The U.N. reproductive health program is harmful, IS ANTI-LIFE, ANTI-FAMILY AND ANTI-POOR to advance their population control program to the intent of "inducing" the local government units or provincial governments to pass ordinances about reproductive health and population management--which is nothing but purely to control the population. The international agencies to pressure the local goverment units and the provincial governments in the Philippines is about impinging on the constitutional right and duty of parents to educate their children according to their faith and morals. Our Filipino government leaders, politicians and economists are subservient for personal vested interest and benefits to these michiavellian international agencies. And it is also sad that millions of Filipinos are gullible enough to believe that population control, birth control, contraceptives and abortion could help to solve poverty. Poverty is worse in the Philippines, not because of population rate but because of the existing economic and financial system that is hostile to life and family and based on debt, unfair distribution of wealth, corruptions in the government and control of money and resources by the tycoons, international bankers and multinational corporations that support imperialistic population control programs and culture of death.
It is about time for these international agencies to back off and leave us alone. They might be welcome if they will change their policies from death to life.

THE MAJOR REASONS I SHOULD REJECT THE BILL BY ENCINA
REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND POPULATION DEVELOPMENT BILL IN THE PHILLIPINES IS UNNECESSARY
(The Major Reasons Why We Should Reject The Bill)
By Eric V. Encina
It is worth arguing against the bill at issue. The passage of the Reproductive And Population Development bill in the Philippines is unnecessary. The bill is just a kind of subtle code word for abortion that leads the way to also legalize abortion in the Philippines .
Some of the sponsors of the bill to approve in the Philippines are the multi-billion pharmaceutical companies selling artificial contraceptives for profits.
THE REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND POPULATION DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 2008 should not be enacted as as law as this is all about a preparation to legalize abortion in the Philippines .
The bill that is being pressured by the advocators to approve by the Philippine Congress and the Senate is not necessary. Our Philippine population growth rate that the pending bill seeks to regulate is not un-controlled but actually declining. According to the latest Philippine National Statistics Office figures show that a growth rate of 2.4% from the previous rate of 2.36% last 2000, whilst the fertility rate has indeed declined to 3.02% from 3.05%.
In the 1970’s to 1980’s, the average number of children per Filipino family was seven to 10. This 1990’s to year 2000 to 2008, the average number of children is only three. While in a certain community the Filipino population is still increasing as expected of any country in the world inhabited by males and females of reproductive age and in accordance to law of nature, THERE IS ALREADY A PROVEN PROOF OF STEADY DECELERATION OF GROWTH RATE EVEN WITHOUT THE PASSAGE OR ENACTMENT OF THE REPRODUCTIVE AND POPULATION DEVELOPMENT 2008 BILL.
THE MAIN THRUST OF THE BILL IS JUST TO PROMOTE THE UNDESIRABLE OUTCOME OF DE-POPULATION THAT UNFORTUNATELY IS NOW ONE OF THE MAJOR PROBLEMS OF THE SO-CALLED WESTERN-BASED RICH COUNTRIES OR EVEN JAPAN WHICH ADOPTED LONG TIME AGO THE PROGRAM OF POPULATION CONTROL THAT HAS BEEN PRESSURED BY THE ANTI-LIFE ECONOMIC SYSTEM. The problem now in these western-based countries and to other countries that adopt the anti-life policies, is the dwindling number of young people are left to bear the needs of a dying and graying population. THE REPLACEMENT LEVEL CAN BE DESPAIRING IN THE COMING YEARS.
THE BILL IS NOT NECESSARY and is not the solution to poverty. Poverty has many causes, but not because of the population growth or just because of babies or children. POVERTY EXISTS BECAUSE OF THE PRESENT FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEM THAT IS BASED ON DEBT, MANIPULATION, INTIMIDATION, GREED AND AVARICE, AND OF COURSE OF BAD GOVERNANCE AND SYSTEMATIC GRAFT AND CORRUPTIONS.
There are countries in the world which are more densely populated than Philippines and yet they have higher per capita GDP, because they have good economic system thatp provides economic security to their citizens.
Filipino family’s average number of children has gone down from 7 to 3 but WE STILL HAVE POVERTY, per se, the monetary poverty and material poverty worse than before. In this age of global plenty, the world’s resources are indeed enough for all humanity but because of greed and avarice, we are suffering poverty and hunger.
The best solution to poverty is not by population control through artificial contraceptives and legalized abortion or euthanasia, but by the rectification of the present financial-economic system that gets us deeper into debts that only for the profits and interest of the international bankers and multinational corporations. Of course the provision of good education and decent job is also one of the best solutions to help the Filipino families out of poverty.
The passage of the bill is a wasteful of money and resources at the costs of the Filipino taxpayers money. The bill promotes the lies that PREGNANCY IS A DISEASE! The pro-lifers maintain the belief and the truth based on nature and morality that pregnancy is a sign of good health and the beginning of new life. In fact, pregnancy in the olden days was called to be a “blessing” from God.
If the purpose of the bill is to protect the married women’s reproductive health or prevent or reduce material deaths, THESE BILLIONS OF MONEY OR IN DOLLARS OR IN EUROS should be rather spent instead for ADEQUATE BASIC AND EMERGENCY OBSTETRICS-CARE FACILITIES AND SKILLED MEDICAL SERVICES TO WOMEN AND FOR THE PROVISION OF SALARY OR EXTRA BASIC INCOMEFOR THE WOMEN OR MOTHERS AT HOME that is for protecting them. The poor families need help for health and nutrition.
THE REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BILL IS NOT NECESSARY because it is not about reproduction nor health of the women. IT HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY SUGGESTED BY THE BILL ADVOCATORS THAT WOMEN SHOULD REFRAIN THEIR REPRODUCTIVE CAPACITY USING ARTIFICIAL MEANS LIKE CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS AND DEVICES that alas lead to ABORTION BOTH DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY with harmful side-effects such as breast, liver and cervical cancer. Artificial contraceptives and abortion expose the Filipino women and their unborn children to life-threatening circumstances. WHAT ABOUT THE EFFECTS TO SPIRITUAL AND MORAL LIFE?
IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT POPULATION CONTROL ADVOCATES, ABORTION AND MERCHANTS OF DEATH TRADERS CONTINUE TO DENY THE EFFECTS OF ABORTION despite of medical findings positively confirming that contraceptives like Depro-Provera, RU-486, IUD, Norplant and morning after pills directly cause abortion as they prevent the implantation of the embryo into the uterus.
THE NIGHTMARE OF THE GREAT LIE CONTINUES TO DECEIVE HUMANITY THAT ‘ ALL CONTRACEPTIVES ARE SAFE.” AND AS A ‘ NECESSARY EVIL ‘
The bill must be voted down and must be shunned by the entire Filipino people. Our Filipino legislators should not allow the killing of the mothers and babies for money. They should not succumb to the pressures of the WELL-FUNDED INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES ADVOCATING AND SPONSORING THIS BILL FOR THEIR OWN SELFISH INTEREST AND PROFITS.
The future of our Filipino children and of our country is at stake under the present anti-life economic system and to be aggravaged by the reproductive health and population development bill.
THE FILIPINO LEADERS SHOULD RE-THINK BEFORE THEY APPROVE THE BILL. They should also spare us from the many problems and evil consequences that those countries which adopted for years the POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAME AND LEGALISED ABORTION.
THOSE WHO DO NOT LEARN FROM THE LESSON OF HISTORY ARE THEREFORE CONDEMNED TO REPEAT IT!

TO WHOME IT MAY CONCERN FOR LIFE by Eric V. Encina Sunday, February 22, 2009 11:40 AM
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN FOR LIFE, FAMILY AND JUSTICE:
Dear Sir & Madam/Brothers & Sisters/Friends For Life:
Money is like muck, not good except it be spread to save innocent lives and reach out the poor!
My family, fellow pro-life member-families, and many of our poor and impoverished neighbors and our little ones are becoming shackled to the point of desperation in our constant struggles for survival under the present anti-life/family/justice financial-economic system and policies in the region, in the Philippines. We continue the mission and working for life and change for the protection of human life. We continue to resist any bill that will legalize abortion in the country.
However, eventually, we are always literally running out of money for life, in spite of our austerity measures and efforts to make the money you send, once in a while, last for our mission and survival needs while the prices of basic needs for survival, the services and the bills are increasing while the money needed is losing its value under the crazy finance.
We, most of our members, cannot find work as job is not available in the region to sustain or augment our survival needs, at this present dreadful financial economic crisis to support ourselves due to the ongoing economic downturn--which is getting deadly than ever. We are aware that this crisis is just a sort of inside job of those greedy ones.
Most poor Filipino families under pressure do not know anymore about the way how they are going to feed themselves and their innocent children. Saving and keeping the children under tremendous financial pressures is very emotionally, spiritually and morally disturbing to most families, couples, mothers, fathers. EVERY TIME THERE IS A CRISIS, IT IS THE CHILDREN WHO ARE ALWAYS AT GREATER RISK. Abortion continues to happen alas when women are under pressure and no one to turn to for help.
It is lamenting indeed that money in the Philippines is only available for perpetual interest payments to international high finance capitalism that is hostile to human life and to the poor.
Money is also available for ARTIFICIAL POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAM-that actually does not help to advance the betterment of humanity but in fact continues to kill innocent unborn children.
In the monthly basis, our electricity and water supplies, the bills increasing monthly due to the imposition of additional charges arising from the debt of the companies and therefore are always on the verge of being turned off. Most poor families are perplexed what to do, and in despair, and most have no feasible plan available to move ahead in their lives under the present anti-life system.
Understandably, the psychological stress, emotional, moral dilemma and spiritual crisis go side by side, and, in some cases, malnourishment have made some of the poor Filipino families and children susceptible to a number of the illnesses that are sweeping through our region: towns and villages. Meanwhile, we are afraid for the children under our care and our elderly peoples without any help from the government. The money we receive from you is not enough to help those we intend to help.
We are, also, afraid for ourselves as the future looks bleaker than ever in all regards under life-killing financial-economic system and culture of death.
We are trying to grow food like vegetables to ameliorate or augment our needs , but it is a pitifully insufficient amount and the timing of the financial recession, which is almost in the state of depression, has, inconveniently, not coincided with the harvest season, anyway. And while there are so many needy to keep them alive.
So we are, most of the poor family-members are tormented, and at an utter loss about what to do next without continued monthly life-saving allowance in 2009.
We honestly and urgently need US$150 monthly if possible. If not, $100 is most welcome. This dollar figure can continue to save innocent lives.
As a Director of the Activism Center For Life, Family & Justice, there are times I cannot sleep for worries when I am troubled by the needs of other poor families, women and children in need of help and of course of our bills to pay and our day-to-day essential life-saving expenses. Poor families and children are either in the cliff of hunger or actually hungry. Some families I know are also afraid to lose their rented homes being unable to pay their rents because of loss of jobs or being laid-off. Like us, our rented old and worn out house is already collapsing to the ground. Another major problem is the lack the means to get proper health-care. So what should we do now?
If possible, please advise me on behalf of my family and poor Filipino member-families for life as to where we might find immediate emergency pro-life/family relief and ideas IN ADDITION TO MONTHLY DONATION to us, about pro-life development projects of a long term strategy to address our grave dilemma—with our major objective to save and protect the our lives and the lives of the innocents. Whether it concerns food, medicine, access to medical care, funds to save lives, to help the feed the innocent unborn children, to help hungry poor families, to help the sick and the needy, to sustain our operation and mission and to maintain our water and electricity supply, the means to keep our pro-life center, and have any home-based projects for the women and mothers of any sort is immaterial. Indeed, any sort of instruction, advice, suggestion, proposal with pro-life policies about what to do, even if vague or incomplete, is better than none at all.
If we have to move -- fine. We will move. If the poor families here have to work practically around the clock at some onerous type of labor -- so be it just to survive. But the problem is: no work is available. We are thinking to create our own home-based pro-life survival projects.
Although almost hopeless, we try to refuse that image. We, pro-lifers, Christians, must be the agents faith, hope and charity, of patience, courage and strength in rough and in troubled times. We refuse to consider that the only option available is to watch the children, the poor mothers, my elderly relatives and friends slowly die from privation, sickness, hunger and starvation because of the absence of necessities of life arising from the absence or acute lack of money. This sort of eventuality is absolutely unacceptable indeed.
As an alternative to life and justice , we need both short term and long term pro-life-based solutions for our dire situation and find way to drastic change. Pro-life projects and solutions can also prevent more abortion cases in the villages, in the region.
In this province and to most neighboring provinces, I have found out that during my mission works, in fact, some people around us have less than ten dollars in Philippine Peso value in their bank accounts.THAT IS WHY THEY CANNOT EVEN GIVE ANY DONATION TO MY PRO-LIFE WORKS. In short, they are also needy. Some rural banks are in bank-run or bankrupt. Others have pitifully lost their bank accounts in entirety and are literally penniless. Thanks for your pro-life help, I still maintain our pro-life mission account from $10 to $5 in Philippines peso value monthly minimum deposit.
So if anyone through your intermediary, can further help us in any way or have ideas within pro-life principles about ways that we should proceed out of our difficulties, please let me know as soon as possible. Time is both indeed running out and burning out, and we are, understandably, concerned about the present operation and survival in 2009 for the sake of human life.
Furthermore, we do not ask for financial help without pro-life principles. We continue to refuse to ask for help to others that will compromise pro-life messages, vision, philosophy, policies and above all, pro-life truths.
We appeal for help for noble mission to continue life-saving while at the same time to survive ourselves. Sending us pro-life help monthly $150 or $100 if possible really saves us. Some people do not like to help because they don’t like pro-life principles and mission or they don’t help because they have misgivings to the poor, like the belief that the poor remain in poverty because the poor are lazy.
However, this is a common misconception that people who receive aid like it and are lazy. Aid should be changed. Everyone under Heaven, has the right to obtain the basis necessities of life according to justice and charity. But distribution of wealth is only possible if there will be new system based on life. And I can also guarantee that this is not true and people who entertain that opinion ought to realize that this view is commonly used to further marginalize and dehumanize disadvantaged people especially targeting the innocent unborn children.
AS CHRISTIANS AND HUMANS, WE HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE OUR ALMIGHTY CREATOR TO HELP THE POOR AND THE NEEDY and save the innocents. Moreover, anyone who needs to be convinced on this point need merely to imagine himself/herself facing such a terrible situation and he/she will quickly see that practically no one wants to be on the dole.
Dole-out or beggary will end if there will be a new system of economy based on respect to life will provide economic security to every citizen: to every father, mother and child.
To kill the unborn children because there is no money to sustain life, is a nightmare, is a terrible injustice against the innocents.
Regardless, my members and I have begun to realize that we have to request monthly pro-life or life-saving assistance of $150 or $100 regardless that it makes us feel terrible about ourselves. In other words, we have reached a perilous, life-threatening juncture in our circumstances and do not know about what else to do other than to seek solutions outside of the Philippines and from any available source however, maintaining within pro-life principles.
So we are obliged to humbly request recommendations from strangers in the Western world and will take their counsel to heart. Anyone forced to endure our pitiful conditions would undertake the same action. After all, what other course is there to pursue?
In addition, we are not envious of others who have ample food banks and homeless shelters available in the US or in the UK or in EU.
We are happy for them. We are happy that peoples in foreign lands are not suffering so much like us. However, their good fortune (and it is a good fortune) makes our own destitution seem all the more acute and reminds that we, urgently, MUST find the means to overcome it as soon as possible especially to feed and save the children under our care.
At the same time, numerous religious and other charities in the Philippines are not longer operating because of the absence funds. (The global slump has especially impacted donations.) So the local charities left in the wake of their closures are overwhelmed since help for many thousands of poor peoples is being requested across the country way beyond the capacity to handle them all. This same state of affairs reportedly is being faced in the Philippine capital and practically everywhere else throughout the Philippines.
It is therefore lamenting that in this world in plenty created by God – Who is the Owner of all wealth of the Universe, THE AUTHOR OF LIFE, and made to be plenty by human progress but alas, there is no authentic justice and charity, no love, no solidarity, no compassion for LIFE, for the innocents, no care culture, but all in greed, avarice, selfishness, elimination, persecution and slavery of the poor and the innocents , and destruction of human life.
Let us see the judgment of time and of history and above all, the Judgment of God that is coming to humanity!
At the end of our lives, we will be judged by love and how much we saved the innocents from the bloody hands!
In closing, thank you for your time taken to read this appeal for life, family and justice.
It is indeed appreciated more than ever, and I look forward to hearing back from you and anyone through your intermediary who has thoughts about the pro-life actions that we can take to move forward out of our severe and dangerous troubles under the life-killing system we find ourselves in the region, in the Philippines.
Remain us united in our prayers and holy works for the defence and protection of human life!
