AN APPEAL TO AMERICAN PEOPLE FOR LIFE, FAMILY AND JUSTICE

JUSTICE FOR ALL! JUSTICE BE DONE, THOUGH THE HEAVENS FALL! AMERICAN TAXES WASTED FOR WAR AND MILITARISM, FOR THE CULTURE OF DEATH IN THE PHILIPPINES AND IN THE REST OF THE THIRD WORLD NATIONS THROUGH USAID PROGRAMMES AS PART OF THE US FOREIGN ECONOMIC POLICIES OF THE WASHINGTON CONSENSUS -IMF & WB AT COST OF THE AMERICAN CITIZENS. In the past few years, USAID has provided in dispensing its fund from American taxpayers money for wild abortifacient-based population control programs in the Philippines under the term of US-Philippine Cooperative Agreement No. 492-0480-00-5059-00 facilitated by the Philippine Department of Health and Philippine Population Commission for multi-million dollars fund for the establishment and operation of WELL-FAMILY CLINIC ABORTION MILL-BRANCHES in most provinces all over the Philippines by munificently supplying dangerous pills, condoms, procuring bilateral tubal ligation and vasectomy and massive Depo-Provera injections and vaccinations to children with their expert population control, family planning, reproductive right/health counselors and vaccine fanatics - medically, adroitly and technically misleading, deceiving, misdirecting and fooling poor pregnant women/mothers, families and children. Since then tremendous side-effects and damages to poor Filipino indigenous/native women, mothers, children and families have come to surface but vehemently and stubbornly denied by the authorities as a part of their cover up and conspiracy to the system - being the lackeys and protectors. It is indeed woeful that despite of Pres. Bush announcement after his triumph in the last American election that US Government would cease to use USAID fund for population control in the third world, but, alas, has been turned out to be a lie. It is my apology to His Excellency, to American President and to all American people but although I believe the sincerity of Pres. Bush and much more better than Presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry on the matters of human life, family and justice but those in-charge of dispensing USAID FUNDS and those behind are more becoming sophisticated and cunning in the implementation of anti-life programs in the Philippines and in the third world countries as stated in the US Security Study Memorandum 200 that third world nations including Philippines should not grow in population because they (we) will become a threat (insane imagination) to the national security of the first world countries.


WELL-FAMILY CLINIC ABORTION AND VACCINATION MILL-BRANCHES ARE MAKING MONEY TOO ALL OVER THE PHILIPPINES BY CHARGING THE POOR WOMEN/FAMILIES/CHILDREN FOR HEALTH CONSULTATION AND SERVICES IN ADDITION TO USAID FUNDING. There are many cases of chemically-induced abortion at the USAID-backed up Well-Family Clinic branches in the countryside and children suffering side-effects of vaccinations. Those in charge doctors, midwives, medical assistants and nursing aides are just discarding fetus in the rubbish-disposal cans (as only believed to be blob of tissues, not yet human beings) well-wrapped so that no one will ever see and thus escape the eye of the Church and the pro-lifers. By Depo-Provera injection to pregnant mothers, they procure ABORTION. They murder the innocent unborn children for money and for the fulfillment of the culture of death. They dismiss the humanity and personhood of the fetus and thus ignore the biological, medical, scientific, legal, cultural, social, economic and emotional evidences. At USAID-backed up Well-Family Clinic Abortion Mill, the facts of proving the humanity of the fetus or the beginning of human life are smugly ignored if not totally rejected.
In the year 2002, USAID from American taxpayers' money through USAID, Well-Family Clinic Manila-based national office has paid US$160,000 (P8,000,000) to Philippine-based ABS-CBN T.V. Company for Well-Family Clinic population control program advertisements. Media communications are a bunch of intellectual prostitutes as accomplices to culture of death in the country and in the world.
Yes, USAID is an aid, but really for waste, being misused and abused and for poisoning the Filipino people. USAID has no any form of reliable and credible nutritional program for the poor Filipino families and children in the country and in the third world nations. These are some of the evidences that USAID is only wasting the hard-earned-sweat-money of the generally misled American taxpayers. Money has become a muck for wastage, for killing the innocent unborn children by abortifacients, by causing side-effects to poor women by pills, contraceptives that really lead to degenerative diseases and death and by damaging and killing born children through mandatory vaccinations and for promoting immoralities, corruptions and wickedness in the land.


AMERICAN TAXATION SYSTEM THAT FINANCES PILLS, CONTRACEPTIVES AND ABORTION INDUSTRY AND LIFE-DAMAGING AND KILLING VACCINATIONS IN THE PHILIPPINES AND IN THE THIRD WORLD IS GOING TO CRIPPLE AMERICAN PEOPLE FINANCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY AS United States of America IS ALSO HUGELY INDEBTED TO THEIR OWN FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS, AND AS THE WORLD MONETARY SYSTEM IS NOW COLLAPSING IN THE AGE OF DIVINE JUSTICE. COMPELLING SPIRITUAL, MORAL , ETHICAL AND ECONOMIC REASONS WHY AMERICANS MUST CEASE PAYING TAXES UNDER THE PRESENT ECONOMIC SYSTEM AND WASTAGE OF MONEY:


U.S. IRS taxation system is not a divine law nor valid as a natural law. It is a civil or legalized system but not considered as morally right and under the present system and wastage of money it is not justifiable when the US economic system is based on debt-and-death-based principles. Paying taxes is good under the righteous system if there is absence of corruptions and wastage of money but paying taxes under the evil system is tantamount to condone the evil system that finances wasteful war and militarism, culture of death, medical mafia and health scams in the Philippines and in the third world and continue to feed the every-greedy men at the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve System dominated by the freemasons as some of the most corrupt institutions in USA. Do you think you will go to Hell if you will fail to pay taxes? Under the present taxation system that finances abortion industry and life-damaging-killing vaccinations racket or scam in the world, one has the right or must evade taxation. Taxation is against life, family, justice, health, peace, freedom and security. As a matter of fact, failure to pay taxes under the present evil system of finance and wastage of money will earn merit to Heaven because: 'WE MUST OBEY GOD RATHER THAN MEN". (Acts. 5:29) Hence, Pope Leo XIII declared boldly: "AND THERE IS NO REASON WHY THOSE WHO OBEY GOD RATHER THAN MEN SHOULD BE ACCUSED OR REFUSING OBEDIENCE; FOR IF THE WILL OF THE RULER (Government system of taxation) IS OPPOSED TO THE WILL AND LAWS OF GOD, THESE RULERS EXCEED THE BOUNDS OF THEIR OWN POWER AND PERVERT JUSTICE, NOR THEIR AUTHORITY THEN BE VALID, WHICH, WHEN THERE IS NO JUSTICE, IS NULL".


Americans must be humble to accept the truth that taxes are a legalized robbery, in wasting money to finance culture of death and vaccinations and other induced corruptions in the country and in the third world. Paying taxes is not an absolute duty. In fact this time we should not pay taxes because tax money is used progressively and adroitly for the advancement of the works (population control and vaccination programs) of the Anti-Christ. Americans pay taxes from their hard-earned-sweat-money but the US government is still wasting it such as dispensing and financial global population control programs through USAID and mostly in time of Pres. Clinton - through UNPFA. In 1996-97, the US House under Clinton Administration approved US$385 MILLION and used this large amount of money for years to supported organizations that still offer abortion and to support contraception programs in the third world nations. This huge amount of money came from American taxpayers-who have already been overburdened by taxation, debt and economic-financial problems and pressures, and this money was used during those years for satanic programs of life-soul-killing operation. This is one of the reasons why American taxpayers have been also excruciatingly suffering in terms of money problem in the paradox of the age of plenty.


What has also been so mind-boggling is that the US continues sending USAID to Communist China annually that barbarically murders the unborn children at the rate of 10 MILLION every year under the one-child communist policy. USAID seems to appear that it is still financing communism under the cover of financial capitalism in China. If the American political and economic policy-makers and think-tank experts believe that supporting Communist China and promoting population control programs in the third world can solve the problems of injustice and poverty, it is a dead wrong - an economic idiocy. USA must stop economic aid to Communist China and stop USAID that is only being used for population control and vaccination programs in the Philippines and in the third world nations as only the colossal wastage of American tax dollars.


Artificial population control and vaccination programs and abortion industry evidently contribute further to our POVERTY PROBLEMS. HUMAN LIFE CONTROL IS NOT THE SOLUTION. Very certain,THE SOLUTION IS MONETARY JUSTICE AND MONETARY Colossal amounts of money being used for massive population control and vaccination programs in the country are coming from USAID, from humanistic, marxistic, fabianistic, bankeristic, capitalistic, socialistic, and Masonic US Federal Reserve System, Council of Foreign Relations, Institute of Pacific Relations, United Nations Population Fund Activist or UNPFA, Trilateral Commissions, Merril Lynch, WHO, UNICEF, and from the western-based global super-rich mega-organizations munificently provide huge funding for abortion industry and vaccination programs in the third world nations. They are: League of Nations, Royal Institute of International Affairs, Centro d' Studies de Politicque, Institute Fur Auswarpige Politik, Builder-Baizer, Club of Rome, IMF, WB, Bildelberg Group of Companies and alliances, Rathenau and Rotschild Bankers and Rockefellers, ADB in Asia and now massively supported by millions of corporations out of 17 MILLION corporations in the whole world. All these, are financiers of communism in Russia's Communist-Capitalism form of government, in China's communist one-child policy form of government, and North Korea's military communist form of government. These are the financiers of the anti-life/family/poor campaigns and medical mafia and scams in the world trying to build their satanic civilization.


These are financially powerful. They have the control of all newspapers, radio and television stations, universities, institutions, governments even the compromised religious leaders and officials. They keep on watching over their businesses to control money and population. Population control, monetary control, health scams of anti-biotic and vaccinations, environmental destruction and chemical farming are the major causes of the savage cruelty of misery and death of the poor in this planet. Americans can help to stop these nefarious organizations, businesses, agencies, financial institutions and tycoons in their satanic activities, programs and projects by helping Filipino and third world activists for life, family and justice. By helping them to campaign against the waste of money for population control and vaccination programs in the Philippines and in the third world.


Pope John Paul II wrote in his "Letter to the Families": 'VARIOUS PROGRAMMES BACKED BY VERY POWERFUL RESOURCES NOWADAYS, SEEM TO AID AT THE BREAKDOWN OF THE FAMILY." NAFTA, EU, ECB, BIS, APEC, GATT, WTO, UN, IMF, WB, NATO ARE SOME OF THE GLOBAL AGENCIES WITH EXPERTISE IN DIFFERENT FIELDS OF MANIPULATING WORLD AFFAIRS THOUGH IN DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS AND YET TOWARDS ONE DIRECTION. They have one common objective to chemically curb and poison the world's poor populations as a requirement for one world money government under one world-satanic-religion of the world council of churches. Globalised plan of action will continue to allocate BILLIONS OF DOLLARS for the next 20 to 50 years for population control of abortion and vaccination programs but no any money allocated for nutritional programs and alternative medicines for the poor and needy families and children groaning, moaning and starving to death in the countryside of the third world heavily indebted nations. Hundreds of billions of dollars in taxes are being paid to US I.R.S. that should have been used to rebuild America and help third world allied nations through an economy based on truth, life, organic health, family, justice, peace and security for all.


In this present age quickly approaching the age of Divine Justice, the government, its system and policies, the American Government, Philippine Government and all governments in the world are the "seats" of the agents of the Anti-Christ. While the United Nations, International High Finance Capitalism or global mega-bankers, godless financiers, global vaccination fanatics, and anti-life/family/justice/poor organizations are the seats of the Anti-Christ. Some smoke of Satan and the agents of the anti-Christ have even entered inside the Church and fearfully about to take into the summit of the Church very soon. That's why all Christians and Catholics alike must pray, do penance and do holy works to uproot and root-out these evils destroying life and soul.


The church stands for Christ while the Government stands for the Anti-Christ. If the Americans truly stand for Christ and for His Church, Americans must reject the system and some businesses of the government. Americans must reject the present taxation system among other things for this kind of wastage against life and soul. Within the moral context or by moral principles, is it just and righteous to pay taxes that turned out to be using for wastage against life and health in the world, i.e. for the culture of death?

Why do you, Americans, bow down before IRS? Why do you allow ourselves to be robbed by IRS? It is now evidently the worse off ruination of the American businesses. It is a complete madness to pay taxes for the culture of death in the third world insidiously against 5th, 7th and 10th commandments of God.


Taxation exists because of the debt-based economic system. And taxation because of the American Federal total debts of nearly more or less US$15 Trillion will mercilessly skin alive the American people. IRS in collusion with the parasitic Federal Reserve System pressure and over tense the American people financially that lead to increases crime rates, abortion, diseases, painful recession to depression, unemployment, violence, extreme monetary and material poverty to millions of Americans, huge indebtedness of hundreds to millions of American families to the banking and financial institutions, excessive taxation and deadly inflationary economic situation. The nucleus of all evil evils stems from those who control the money and thus control life. The power of money lies on the ignorance of the people on monetary creation, function, use and operation against life.


Money is not forever. If American people can do good now to use their money for the welfare of the poor and the needy, for the innocent born - VICTIMIZED BY VACCINATIONS, and unborn children-MURDERED BY ABORTION, for justice and peace, for the supreme glorification of God, do it now, than paying taxes to IRS Federal Government that only goes to private bankers and finances population control and vaccination programs in the third world nations. Money will not be existing after the great events of the apocalypse. In the Victory of Christ the King and triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, money will no longer be required but only charity among the chosen holy men and women. Mamonistic peoples, selfish, greedy, avaricious, pro-abortion-murderers, pro-vaccinators, wicked, controllers of money shall be eliminated from the face of the earth through tribulations, chastisements, natural and man-made calamities, unnatural illnesses, war and other acts of Divine Justice.

Those who contribute (by tax money) to the culture of death and advancement of the works of the Anti-Christ as financial accessories and accomplices shall also be eliminated in the age of divine justice.

SERIOUS HEALTH CRISIS AND DEATH IN PHILIPPINES UNDER THE PRESENT ANTI-LIFE FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEM

With and under the anti-life/family and debt-based financial-economic system and chaotic-nasty-muddy politics in the Philippines, the prevailing dreadful poverty, per se, the acute problems of money of most poor Filipino families, the hunger of many families, and the domino effects of injustice, and anti-life measures and ideologies, 5 out of 10% Filipinos DIE daily without receiving any kind of medical attention, mostly in the impoverished villages, the squatter areas, at the rural and urban poor areas where poor families are struggling to survive. 10 Filipino mothers die daily because of poor-health-malnutrition-poverty-related pregnancy and child-birth cases. But what is worse is that there are a hundred of poor Filipino mothers and women dying all over the country because of the side-effects of oral, injectable contraceptives and abortifacients, however, being covered up by those in medical authorities.

The Philippine Government under Madame Gloria Macapagal Arroyo Administration only spends a mere P0.33 ($0.006) at an exchange rate of $1 = P49) per day for the health of every Filipino citizen. The Philippine Department of Health is pitifully under financed, under staffed, and stricken or overburdened by corruptions of the extremely limited resources, dominated by anti-life/family philosophies, policies and ideologies controled by the WHO and UNPFA and other foreign/overseas and international pro-death agencies and individuals. Reportedly, medical supplies, medicines, etc. are taken or kept by those in positions only for their own interest and benefits. The only medical and health products given for free, at times for sale, to the poor families are condoms, contraceptives, oral and injectable contraceptives or abortifacients or vaccines to children with certain and undeniable ill-health side-effects to women and children. Sadly and absolutely no any health-giving products like vitamins or minerals or any foods for the poor and malnourished families, mothers, children. The resources of the Dept. of Health are allocated for population control programmes as mandated by the higher anti-life/family echelons.

The same thing with Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development—supposed to be the country’s department for the poor Filipinos and indigenous families, but it has been an inutile to help as it has no any actual aid to the poor and the needy in the countryside except in seminars of livelihoods that do not actually help the poor better their lives. The Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development has one of the smallest budgets being allocated annually because of the TOP PRIORITY OF INTEREST PAYMENTS to domestic and foreign debts.

The health programmes are not working in favour of the poor, though being implemented in the country, but are not meant to make health services accessible to ordinary poor and needy Filipinos but only to earn revenues from medical tourism adroitly driven by multinational drug companies supporting the culture of death and the massive population control programmes in the countryside. ALAS, EVEN MEDICINES ARE CHARGED WITH 12% EXPANDED VALUE ADDED TAX EVERYTIME THE ORDINARY FILIPINOS BUY FOR THEIR MEDICAL NEEDS. What a hell! It is the most dangerous to get sick in the Philippines: no free hospitalization, no free medical check-ups, no free medicines, no free surgery, no free foods, no free health products BUT FILIPINOS ARE NOT FREE FROM INCREASING TAXES for the payments of GARGANTUAN INTERESTS AND DEBTS TO PRIVATE, COMERCIAL, BILATERAL AND MULTILATERAL CREDITORS—squeezing us to blood and bone. FREE CONDOMS, CONTRACEPTIVES, PILLS, ABORTIFACIENTS CANNOT HELP THE POOR AND THE NEEDY.


Philippine is threatened to hopelessness in the dungeon of debt and poverty unde the present anti-life/family financial-economic and political policies and ideologies. FILIPINOS ARE LEAVING OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY AND NO PLAN TO COME BACK.

MEASLY AND MISAPPROPRIATED BUDGET:


The World Health Organization (WHO) has the standard policy of prescribing that 5% of the Gross National Product (GNP) of a country SHOULD BE ALLOCATED to health. But the Philippine government because of increasing HUGE INDEBTEDNESS TO COMMERCIAL, PRIVATE, FOREIGN AND INTERNATIONAL BANKS --- that prioritize the interest payments according to PRESIDENTIAL DECREE before or more than any thing else, the results of thievery in the government, THE PRIORITY OF DISTRIBUTING CONTRACEPTIVES, PILLS, CONDOMS AND ABORTIFACIENTS, the government only allocates way below 5%.

In 2004, only 0.33% of GNP or $212 Million was allocated to health BUT DID NOT, ALAS, BENEFIT THE POOR for real and medical needs, BUT ACTUALLY SPENT FOR CONDOMS, PILLS, CONTRACEPTIVES AND ABORTIFACIENTS and advocacy for the legalisation of ABORTION, DIVORCE, SAME SEX MARRIAGE AND EVEN EUTHNASIA, and of course, while around more or less US$4-5 BILLION was allocated for interest payments to total domestic and foreign debts to anti-life/family IMF AND WB, the same on the respective following years of 2005, 2006, and in 2007 with the uses of resources and thus prioritized payments of interest of around US$6.3 Billion, with the new loans from the WB and from other bilateral creditors with population control conditions and anti-life policies, ONLY $0.006 per Filipino per day for health while there is no evidence that per Filipino is given health aid of that $0.006 in the real sense.

75 Filipinos die of Tubercolosis alone while 100,000 contract the disease yearly. There are hundreds to thousands of deaths every day caused by other diseases which could be or could have been prevented if only there is medical or health provision or if there is money. Such are clearly proven that poverty, malnutrition, exhaustion, overfatigue, wrong health patterns because of medical and health ignorance cause deaths to poor Filipinos, and the prevailing massive population control programmes cause deaths to unborn children and poor mothers.

With this kind of Philippine Government hugely in debts, in the dungeon of debts, prioritizing the interest payments, wasting and spending money for anti-life/family advocacies, etc. more than health and welfare of the poor Filipino people, THE FILIPINO PEOPLE’S HEALTH IS IN SERIOUS CRISIS, IS TERRIBLY NEGLECTED AND THUS CONSEQUENTLY CAUSE DEATHS TO INNOCENTS.

How can we build a healthy economy without healthy inhabitants or citizens?

HOW CAN REBUILD THE NATION IF WE ARE KILLING THE INNOCENT UNBORN CHILDREN? Who will replace the ageing population?

LAST RECOURSE SOLUTION:

The only last recourse solution for the FILIPINO PEOPLE—seemed to be the endless victims of debt and poverty to rescind detrimental policies, in order to ensure health of the Filipino people based on pro-life ethics, that is accessible to all, hence, to establish a more socially-economically-financially-secured, equitable society where there is genuine economic freedom and democracy in truth and morality with life essence, IS TO CREATE OUR OWN PHILIPPINE MONEY PESO DEBT AND INTEREST FREE (to print more money—to increase the circulation of Philippine Peso currency) by the facilities of the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas or Central Bank of the Philippines by legislation by the Philippine Congress and the Senate, supported by the judicial powers of the Supreme Court, and to be fully and prudently implemented by the Government and wholly backed up by the Filipino people. And thus, PROVIDE the PRO-LIFE/FAMILY financial-economic security from the cradle to the grave in the form of FINANCIAL DIVIDENT, PURCHASING POWER DIVIDEND, BASIC INCOME OR CITIZEN’S INCOME, OR SUPPLEMENTARY OR EXTRA BASIC INCOME to every Filipino citizen, to every family and child. Therefore, the provision of basic income could give the Filipinos purchasing power for basic needs to prevent hunger, malnutrition, diseases and thus escape the frequent threats of poverty trap AND THE POOR MOTHERS AND WOMEN WILL NOT DO ABORTION-the killing of the innocents pressured by poverty and the shortage and absence of money. THE MONEY CURRENTLY BEING USED FOR ANTI-LIFE ACTIVITIES MUST STOP AND RATHER BE USED FOR LIFE AND FOR SAVING THE POOR FAMILIES.

The payments of interest to domestic and foreign debts and the BUDGET AND THE ALLOCATION FOR POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES must STOP now! Payments of 12% E-VAT imposed by US foreign economic policies that hurt poor families and impoverish the poor, cause difficulties to innocent children must be reversed or must be scrapped without delay. We have paid more than too much! MONEY MUST BE USED FOR THE CHILDREN.

PHILIPPINES is now inescapably and terribly and apocalyptically plagued down by increasing government debts, family, individual debts, massive unemployment, brain drains for other countries, dreadful poverty, hunger, diseases, environmental crisis and destruction, calamities, violence, family breakdown, crimes, rebellion, insurrection, aggravated by chaotic and nasty-muddy politics. Even spiritual and moral life SUCH AS ABORTION, IMMORAL UNIONS, loss of faith and and morality, thus faith is down when Filipino women are now being pressured to trade flesh and prostitutions and into abortion circumstances, ALL THESE UNDER THE PARASITIC AND PESTIFEROUS ANTI-LIFE/FAMILY FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL SYSTEM AND POLICIES.

The control and restriction of financial credit, the indebtedness of the government and the refusal of the government to do the debt-free-money creation, the lack and or absence of money, the absence of financial-economic security and economic democracy to poor Filipino families, and the impositions AND ANTI-LIFE/FAMILY CONDITIONS of IMF and WB tied with US foreign economic policies in relations to debts, the political insanity of different political parties in bickering and corruptions MOSTLY SUPPORTING THE LEGALISATIONS OF ABORTION, SAME-SEX MARRIAGE, DIVORCE AND EUTHANASIA-therefore —the principal causes of savage cruelty of poverty and death of the INNOCENTS, of the Filipino people in the Philippine countryside.

There is no problem of the shortage of wealth, money and food in the world in this modern age of plenty only if there is no monopoly. The real problem is selfishness, greed and avarice of mankind. There is no lack of God's Providence , what is lacking is justice and charity.

The global economy produces more or less US$30 TRILLION value of wealth production annually but only goes to the powerful and super-rich multinational corporations, global mega-bankers, commercial/financial institutions, millionaire-billionaire-tycoons that and who control money, wealth and population. Individual, organizations, institutions, systems, ideologies, beliefs, practices and policies are, alas, hostitle to faith, morality, life, family and the poor in the third world.

Hundreds of billions of tonnes of FOOD, and other goods go to waste every year in the whole world while more than 900 million people are suffering hunger, diseases and tremendously life-health devastating-killing material and monetary poverty and economic hemorrhage. Millions, billions to trillions of money are scandalously misused and wasted in the world for spiritually, morally, physically, economically, socially and environmentally damaging programmes and projects when undeniably millions of people are in the most shameful, devastating, dreadful, miserable and most degrading poverty.

Reportedly, there are around 7.5 million Millionaires to Billionaires globally with the collective assets of US$25 Trillion, and is expectedly reaching to US$44.9 Trillion in 2006-2007 and much more in the coming years at the expense of the sufferings of billions of poor people in this planet.

Individual tycoon millionaires and billionaires, commercial / international banking / financial institutions and multinational corporations make and earn combined trillions of dollars profit annually in the whole world while millions of poor families, children, aged, farmers and workers are suffering injustice, ignominiously starving in the sea of miseries, and many nations most particularly in the Third world nations fall into the traps of enormous and gargantuan unpayable debts-at-interest payments of their astronomical and mountainous foreign debts at the cost of human life and the sufferings of millions of poor people in the quagmire of hardcore poverty. Due to lack and/or absence of justice and charity in the conscience of mankind, there are many people now who are engaged in wanton acts of economic/social/monetary injustice, sabotage, speculations, corruptions, racketeering, scams, violence, crimes and other chicaneries, enjoying the heavens of luxuries and great abundance in front of millions to billions of desperate poor people in the world.

Many times, rich people (with few exceptions and with my apology) in the more affluent countries are so blinded to what poor people in the impoverished communities and third world nations of the debt-logged unjust economic system really have to go through in the eye of a needle of hardships and miseries just to get their basic necessities to survive. Without justice and charity in the heart and conscience of rich people, they usually turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to the groaning cry of the poor, of the poorest in the world.

God has created the earthly goods for all men, without exception, no doubt. Hence, all men without exception, have the inherent basic inalienable rights in strict social and economic justice to have such share from the abundance of earthly goods as needed to live as human persons as children of God. God-made wealth and men-transformed earthly goods could only serve life when these are distributed according to justice and charity.

Let us help together to build a new civilization of love, of life, of justice, of peace and of solidarity for a new better world for all mankind according to the plan of God. Let us do and promote charity to change the world.

JUSTICE AND CHARITY ARE THE ANSWER TO WORLD PEACE!

The beauty is that: born, to be born and to be conceived children because of the love of God in the Sacrament of Marriage, and even those children out of wedlock and rapes have the right to live in the hope of better lives – who will inherit too the new civilization. Children are a reservoir of the new forthcoming civilization. To abort them is a great disaster, a great crime, desacralization of life, and it is to prevent the advent of the new civilization. Abortion is to encroach the plan of God of Life. Children are close to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

As pro-lifers for the culture of life, we should not forget the fact that every time a new baby is conceived as much as possible within the moral order of marriage, and born, the new human being is created with unique and unrepeatable personality and soul in the image and likeness of God. A baby is a future co-contributor of the country’s betterment. Defending and saving life of the unborn are a great success of pro-life and thus defeating the culture of death. Pro-life is a vocation of every baptized Christian to defend, protect and save the life of the innocent unborn children, born children, life of the mothers, aged, sick, the poor and the needy. Let us rejoice when we are chosen by the Author of Life to defend life and promote human development hand in hand with unity in diversity for the greater glory of God.

Population growth of both rich and poor countries is important despite of boom and bust economy, for the present and for the future. Countries with fertility decline or scarcity of babies and children are in great danger. It is important to repeat here the truth that every child is a gift from God to a family. Every child or human being created in the image and likeness of God is the wealth of the nation and of the world. It means that every individual citizen is the important asset of the nation. No babies, no individuals, no citizens, no families mean no productions, no consumptions and therefore no nations and no civilizations. Every citizen is a co-contributor of the country’s progress. Population growth is the divine will of God according to His plans. It has both natural and supernatural purposes and dimensions to the PLANS of God – the Author of Life. Population is the glory of life and of the family, and ultimately the glory of God forever.

We must bear in mind that population growth is not a population explosion. Population explosion is just a plain myth of the population controllers. Population control of the culture of death is under the aegis of the world satanic dimensions operated by the anti-Christ and his surrogates. Hence, if the culture of death under the control of money and sham development will prevail and take over the whole world, WHO WILL REPLACE THE AGING POPULATION? And as nobody knows the end of the world when, without babies, children and families, who will be the next producers, teachers, doctors, lawyers, priests, nuns, farmers, lay peoples and next saints? Abortion certainly kills the best children of the family(s). Children are gifts of God sent, who might cure our problems while the world and humanity as a whole continues to struggle for survival. Abortion is against productions, and therefore against the true nature of economy as a whole.

HOUSE BILL 3773 AND LIGTAS BUNTIS (ANTI-PREGNANCY VACCINE)
CALLS THE CURSE OF GOD TO FALL UPON OUR COUNTRY


What is HB 3773?
1) SEC. 6.g – mandates all public and government hospitals to make ligation, the cheapest and most economical form of artificial contraception, be given for free to indigent mothers requesting it. Health workers such as doctors, nurses and midwives would be “compelled to use their persuasive ability, to the point of coercion, to let indigent mothers avail of ligation” (making it as the best solution to poverty)
Ø Catholic schools, hospitals, doctors, nurses, midwives, etc. are compelled to give sex education, artificial birth control against their will with threats that they will not be given their license if they fail to obey these requirements of DOH and DECS.

2) SEC. 10 – mandates Reproductive Health and Sexuality Education starting from Grade 5 up to Fourth Year High School . (10-17 years old).
Ø This violates their innocence. Study shows that classroom sex education stimulates children, removes modesty, destroys natural moral restraints, and may even trigger violence at later stages.
Ø It robs children of the liberty of enjoying their innocence and childhood. Exposing them to the topic of sex and sexuality will unnecessarily awaken their curiosity and trigger their fertile and wild imagination leading them to experimentation with undesirable consequences and promotes sexual promiscuity.
Ø Catholics are compelled to listen and comply with such education before they can graduate or avail themselves of any free health services for pregnant indigent women.

3) SEC. 12 – encouraging two (2) children as an ideal family size though not mandatory or compulsory but be given preference grant of scholarship up to college level.
Ø This reward system in effect will compel people to comply due to poverty. This said policy which was adopted by different countries like Canada , Japan , New Zealand , Singapore , in Europe , etc. now faces the problem of non-replacement of the old workforce of their society, thus compelling them to open their country to migration to immediately address this concern.

4) SEC. 16 – Any pregnant women can avail of any of the said sterilization and ligation and other legal and medically-safe health care services without the consent or authorization of the spouse. Any pregnant minor and abused minor based on the evaluation of DSWD could undergo the same medically-safe health care services without parental consent. Any public or private health care service provider, (hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses, midwife, etc.) who shall REFUSE:
a) to do voluntary sterilization (such as ligation, vasectomy, injectables, pills, IUD’s, etc.) and other legal and medically-safe health care services (in other words artificial contraceptive methods)
b) to give information or engage in willful disinformation with respect to reproductive health care and rights or similar medically-safe procedures on any person of legal age even without the consent of the third party.
c) To extend quality health care services and information on account of the person’s marital status, gender or sexual orientation, age, religion, personal circumstances, and nature of work.
d) (concerning hospitals and medical clinics) to administer appropriate medical treatment and support in emergency and serious cases due to religious grounds may be PENALIZED for the exercise of their religious beliefs.
Ø Children are encouraged to disobey their parent’s desire not to indulge in early and irresponsible sex under the guise of exercising their reproductive health right.
Ø When birth control does not work, and the mother has an unplanned pregnancy, abortions will follow.
Ø Disregarding “third party authorization” between couples or parent and child introduce the idea of “privacy” of information on “reproductive health care services.” This leads to the legalization of abortion in the USA .

5) SEC. 17 – violation of this Act shall be penalized by one (1) to six (6) months imprisonment and/or Php 20,000 depending on the discretion of the proper court.

Does artificial contraception prevent conception?
No. It does not prevent conception but it is a micro-abortion because according to Ligaya Acosta, D.M., former Regional Program Manager for Natural Family Planning for Eastern Visayas, these contraceptives cause constant inflammation and infection in the uterus causing newly conceived fetus not to be implanted in this kind of environment thus resulting in severe menstrual bleeding which is not ordinary blood, but a fetus being aborted.

Are all contraceptives abortifacients (will result in abortion when taken)?
Yes. All pills, IUD, injectables, tetanus toxoid and others are abortifacients. In an electronic microscope, it is shown that these make the endometrial lining and uterus dry and barren like a desert thereby preventing the eggs to be implanted in that kind of environment. Certain contraceptive devices like IUD’s, injectables, pills and others have been proven dangerous to women’s health, and at times even life-threatening.

Is it true that Philippines has been used as a guinea pig (human laboratory) for population control and contraceptives were promoted as a condition for receiving foreign aids?
Yes, we were made guinea pigs since 1973. According to the book “The War Against Population” by Steven Mosher, President of the Population Research Institute based in the U.S. says, “The Philippines was one of the dozen countries named in a secret 1974 U.S. National Security Council Memorandum (NSSM 200) which made population control a weapon in the Cold War…urging the government in Manila to impose targets and quotas for their use on the people. In his article “A History of Abuse” it exposed that the USAID funds were disbursed when local governments fulfilled these quotas and used for building roads, buildings, and other projects.

Why is this bill Anti-God?
ANTI-GOD because God’s purpose of creating human beings is to populate Heaven as His adopted children if we passed His test in obeying His Will here on earth. Human beings are replacements of the Fallen Angels who failed their test, so Hell was made for them who rejected God’s Will. This HB 3773 or Ligtas Buntis blocks God’s act of creating more people who could and should go to Heaven. This is a direct insult and mockery to His Face and a direct challenge to Him to show His Power. (God would not allow Himself to be mocked forever)

To kill a sinful man but innocent of a crime is a great offense. To kill a baby who is innocent of any personal sin is a greater offense. To kill the unborn baby by their very parents, who have not just the right, but the duty and obligation in the Eyes of God, to bring forth God’s image into life; with a God-given duty to protect, to guide, to rear and to help them go to their final destiny and that is Heaven, is even a far greater offense. The guardians of life become, by this Bill, the destroyers of life.

Every act you make in the creation of a Human Life is an act that demands a RESPONSIBILITY. Such act is reserved for a Holy Action made only by the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony. This is the reason why man has to wait that God would bless such union before the action so that both the parents will be given all the graces they need to be able to fulfill such Divine work of bringing their children back home to their true Father who is in Heaven. Any failure, direct or indirect, omission or commission, neglect or excess work, will be answerable by both parents in their failure to do this sublime duty to their children. Therefore, married or unmarried couples have the duty to protect the life of their child from the beginning of conception until the age of majority or adulthood. Failure of parents to fulfill such sublime vocation shall render them liable under a heavy and serious responsibility to God’s justice at the end of their lives, that as if they escape it also here on earth.

Is preventing pregnancy the free right of mankind, most especially of women?
No. No human being has the power of creating any man but it is the singular privilege of God since He is the Ultimate and Sole Creator of Everything which gives Him the right to demand the fulfillment of His purpose and that is God’s Glory through His Will. Mankind was the only being privileged by God to share in this sublime power and that is why we become pro-creators. There are couples who never had a child. Some have one, two, etc. children. This is true because giving life is God’s choice and His work. In other words, farmers plant but God make it grow. Man does the act but God decides what to give or not give. The great work of being bearers of the Image and Likeness of God was given to women. So when parents, especially mothers, would take upon themselves the action of procreation and do not take up the responsibility of the result of such act shall be answerable to God for every lost child God would have entrusted to them to bring to Heaven.

Why do they not leave the right to each individual (parents or mothers) to decide what to do on these matters?
God’s law must be above man’s law. God has the sole right to give us what is right in order to fulfill the purpose of our creation. When a man obeys God, then he loves Him, therefore he goes to Heaven for it is the place reserved by God for those who love Him. When man disobeys God’s laws, then He has also reserved a place for those who did not love Him and that is Hell. Free Will is a gift from God for man to choose how high or low, how great or small he wants to be in Heaven. But God commanded, not requested, the 10 Commandments to be obeyed by man so that we don’t go to Hell. Therefore, disobedience to His Law does not mean God will still reward you in Heaven because He gave you your Free Will and so He must respect your decision even in your defiance. This is abuse of the Law of Love. No government law can usurp the duty and right of every man to do what their faith has taught them.

We know abortion is a mortal sin because we kill the fetus. In taking contraceptives, we do not kill babies in the womb, we just don’t allow them to fertilize, so why is it a big issue since there is no killing involved?
The primary purpose of marriage is procreation, second is the pleasure that the couple could enjoy. The act of union of a man and a woman was made by God to produce mankind to populate. Heaven not Hell. The pleasure was infused by God to that act in order for couples to bear and endure the sacrifice of such divine work of bearing forth children and bringing them till they reach their destiny. To prevent the fruit of such act and just doing it because of the pleasure is an animal nature. Mankind must rise above such defect due to sin. Remember we were made to do God’s Will not our own. To go against His Will has serious consequences.

Why does this Bill call God’s curse upon our nation?
In the Old Testament, to be barren or sterile is considered a curse from God because they did not have a chance to have in their lineage the future bearer of the promised Redeemer, the first born child of God. After Jesus was born, God wanted mankind to be reconciled with Him and He offered mankind to be adopted by Him as His children through the Holy Sacrament of Baptism. So every child Baptized can now be restored in the image and likeness of God, to be Christ-like, so he can be called the true son of God the Father. So any woman who decided not to bear a child without valid reason and use artificial means robs God of future children in Heaven. If you are a father and you wanted many children because you are very rich and you wanted to share your treasures and glory with your children and knowing someone kills your future children, what would you feel and do? Would he not trigger your anger and wrath? What then do you call the people who kill your children and go against your plan? Are they not called YOUR ENEMIES? What more with God who is our Father, whose purpose of creating us is for us to be with Him and be happy and be loved? By mocking, destroying, killing, preventing or being indifferent to God’s Will, we are making ourselves enemies of God. This is the very reason why there is a curse that is placed in the killing of an innocent baby. More so, if the mother kills the fetus who is a living human being, it becomes several time more serious and a greater evil in the eyes of God because the murderer is the mother who is expected to be the protectress of her fetus.

When the government makes a law that compels mothers to abort, or prevent conception through artificial means, the nation calls God’s curse to fall upon it. The government and that nation become an ENEMY of God. Not only individuals, but through that bill, the whole country is killing fetuses or preventing conception everyday, every minute, and every second. How many souls, how many deaths are there whose murderers are their very own mothers and fathers. To top it all, it is the government that compels them to kill their very own children. IF WE HAVE GOD AS OUR ENEMY WHO CAN DEFEND US? This is, when passed, will imprison good men who just wanted to have children. What a criminal government would we have even to imagine doing this!

What curse shall fall upon our nation?
When leaders of a country make laws offensive to God, He simply does not take it lying down, but He stands up to meet that challenge to His Divine Justice, and His Justice is terrible to encounter when it comes to punish us for our evil acts rather than to reward us for our good works. The curse of God in this case of abortion or artificial birth control is usually in the form of death of the citizens of a nation through plagues, famines, natural disasters or wars or all of the above. As if God was saying to them: “Since you want to control or reduce your populations against MY WILL, then I will help you reduce your population indeed, but in a manner against your will. Endure the curse I lay upon you for your evil acts.” Thus, famine, plague, or war, or all of them come upon that nation to reduce the population. In what manner you sin, in that matter you shall be punished.
Is this what you want? Shall we allow our government to call God’s curse upon our nation?
NEVER! If not, then we should not allow ourselves to be deceived and entrust the future of our children, our souls and our beloved country, the Philippines, to the hands of a few who are in power who do not understand or care to bother about the consequences of their action in this GREAT DEFIANCE AGAINST GOD’S LAW. Let us enlighten them by giving them this article and pray for their change of heart. If they do understand what they are doing, then we, as a nation, must ct against these few. We do not need roads, buildings, developments, progress, etc. in exchange for our souls. We do not need any material aid and modernization for our children and nation just to provoke the curse of God and in return we get plagues, famines and wars. NO. We must reject this DIABOLICAL BILL. In other countries, this was passed into law because this was part of the master plan of the Devil who manipulates the leaders of different nations. Our Blessed Mother said in Fatima that Satan reigns in the highest places and is regulating the course of events. Why can not the Philippines , being a small poor country, not avoid joining them just because we need their money? We become just another country that they can manipulate, coerce and pressure to follow their evil agenda in the guise of giving aids and loans for our development. NO. We do not need to follow the demands of our donors or debtors in the guise of helping us. We do not want to be ENEMIES OF GOD.

What are the agenda of the enemy of God?
The agenda of t he Antichrist are revealed in the book “Conspiracy against Life”. It is about destroying life in different forms and reducing the present world population to ¼ which is 2 Billion. The 6 Billion people will have to die in different ways like chemical, viricidal, bacteriological, conventional, nuclear warfares. Other ways include manipulated or artificial freak weathers to reduce food supply. The Cold War of killing the innocent has begun a long time ago, which is not even included in the account. The great battle has long begun but its climax is nearing the time of the Anti-Christ. The devil exactly knows God’s nature. As the forces of Hell provoke God’s anger in a severe manner, massive numbers of souls are being drawn to Hell by attacking the heart of the nation, which is the family. This is the greatest war being fought in our Modern Times. A cold war where the worldwide governments and our very own families are the criminals, perpetrators, and the guilty party to the greatest holocaust of All Times.

This Bill is Anti-Catholic Church or Anti-Christ.
Anti-Catholic Church because it is the Catholic Church that can only teach what God has given to Her – respect for life is of the unborn and the yet-to-be-born, since God is the Creator of all life. The book “Conspiracy Against Life” confirms this. There are certain organizations in the government and in private that were founded to neutralize or block the action of the Catholic Church to hell mankind in this life, but above all to make it into the next life, Heaven, for all eternity with God.

This Bill is Anti-Soul and Anti-Human.
The FIRST and highest purpose of existence of all creation is God’s Glory and the second highest purpose of our existence is eternal happiness with God in Heaven PROVIDED we do His Will while we are on earth. If we neglect to do His Will until or at the end of our lives, we will be condemned by Him and sent to Hell. Thus, we FAIL to attain our SECOND highest purpose of existence of being happy with Him forever in Heaven. So, this Bill works AGAINST our own highest good, because it prevents us from reaching Heaven and receiving eternal happiness from God. So, it is anti-soul and anti-human.

Can we go against these Giant countries and powerful world organizations?
Yes we can. We have God and His Mother on our side. What can they give us that does not belong to God? What harm can they do to our body that our Father in Heaven cannot provide and protect us if we only obey God’s Laws? Yes, they are powerful indeed, but NOT powerful against God. Against God, the word “Power” has no meaning. We believe in miracles. God can make them for us if we, as a nation ask our Heavenly Father to do so by the ever effective, time-tested means given to us as declared by Heaven to be used especially in these End Times, The Blessed Mother, through the Holy Rosary. To St. Dominic was given the propagation of the Holy Rosary because Mother Mary told him, “In the end, the world will be saved through the Holy Rosary and the Scapular.” Sis. Lucia said that there is no problem, so little or great, personal or global that the Rosary cannot solve. To another seer, God revealed that He has given more efficacy and power to the Holy Rosary to fight.



Is it true that we are now living in the End Times?
Yes, the End Times have come. Sis. Lucia of Fatima died last Feb. 13, 2005. Pope John Paul II said, “Sis. Lucia will see the beginning of the End.” What does this mean? The End has began since Lucia is now dead. “End Times” means the time of the Antichrist, the era of evil, the height of Sin and the reign of the Antichrist and his defeat and death. This means also the Mark of the beginning of the Era of Peace, the Era of Saints, the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. End Times means the final of battle between Good and Evil, Satan and the Woman, Anti-christ and Christ, whose winner in the end is Jesus of course, who has His Mother Mary as the Woman who shall battle for His cause. (Gen. 3:15)

Many seers all over the world say the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary will begin here in the Philippines , is this true?
Yes. In Fatima , Our Blessed Mother said, “In the End My Immaculate Heart will Triumph.” Please read the books, “Our Lady Speaks to her beloved priest” by Fr. Stefano Gobbi, “Thunder of Justice” by Flynn, “Mankind’s Final Destiny” by Howard Q. Dee. In these books are the different prophecies from different parts of the world pertaining to our time and declaring the Philippines to be the country where the Immaculate Heart will begin to Triumph. If the death of Sis. Lucia is the sign given by God that the beginning of the End Times has begun, then the sublime vocation of the Filipino people to fulfill this prophecy has begun too. Heaven has given the solution to the great problems of this world. It is the Blessed Mother by praying the Holy Rosary, the weapon of Heaven, to defeat Satan and His cohorts. There is no other solution but this, since our primary enemies are the evil spirits or demons. Heaven will prove it as She will use the Philippines to be an example throughout the world to show Her power over Satan and Her grandeur as our Queen and Mother. For God has given to Her the role to fight the greatest battle that ever will be in the history of Mankind. The greatest War of Good and Evil, the War of God’s Will and our will, the battle of love for God and love of the world. This is our mission. As the Blessed Mother addressed her faithful and beloved children through the different seers of the world, “Fight, children of the light, you who are few… Do not be afraid, for I will be with you always to win this great battle for the Glory of God and to save souls.”

i) We will work FAST and pray ARDENTLY as one nation and one family of God our Father. We will fight for the Kingdom of God to reign in our hearts and our beloved country the Philippines . We fight now or never, give all or nothing. REMEMBER this: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
j) We can make this fight as soldiers and children of God, poor or rich, children and parents, no matter what your situation and age in life, we beg you, make a stand and fight for the cause of God, our country and ourselves. As soldiers of God we must prepare ourselves for this spiritual battle. How to prepare:
Ø Avail of the Holy Sacraments as often as you can, especially confession to a priest and Holy Mass and Communion.
Ø Pray daily the Holy Rosary and implore the Blessed Mother to help us in our needs.

Ø Do not sin anymore. God is so much offended. Strive to keep the Ten Commandments of God always.
Ø For the love of God, do your duties with all your best, in whatever state of life you are.
Ø Offer and endure all the crosses God sends you together with all your weakness, your nothingness, your works, prayers, joys and sorrows. The way of the Cross and the Holy Sacraments are your stairway to Heaven.
Ø Pray daily to your Guardian Angels, all Angels and Saints, to help you in your daily duties.
Ø Recite the Exorcism prayer of St. Michael, the protector of our Church, at least once a day to drive demons from you and your home.
k) We need to unite in this effort to fight the devil that is taking control of our country and the world. We will show to the whole world that through unity of work and praying the Holy Rosary with all our hearts, we can conquer Evil in this world.

9 WAYS TO SHARE IN OTHERS SINS:

A person who shares in the sins of others in any of these ways is EQUALLY GUILTY and EQUALLY punishable in the eyes of God here on earth and in the next life these ways are by:
1) Command – ordering someone to do an evil act. “No government or person in authority can produce valid laws against the law of God.
2) Counsel – to advice or encourage someone to commit sin or continue in the plan to commit sin or to continue in the sin being committed already.
3) Praise/Flattery (means to praise excessively to his face, against one’s own conviction, for the sake of advantage) – to praise exactly or excessively someone in the sin he has committed or is still committing in order to encourage him to continue.
4) Silence – to neglect to speak out against an evil being done when one has the authority and duty to stop it.
5) Consent – to rejoice or give approval from ones heart in a sin committed by a person against another because one believes that the other person deserves that evil done to him.
6) Participation – One joins a person or group in the commission of a sin or crime by some form of cooperation.
7) Provocation – One arouses the sinful thoughts, feelings or passions of another without just cause.
8) Concealment – Is to hide or not reveal the truth about an evil act being done by someone, when the knower has the moral obligation to do his part to put a stop to the evil deed by speaking out to the pertinent authorities with the power to stop it.
“He who might prevent an evil deed and does not do so, is to blame for that deed.”
9) Defending or not punishing the evil done – This sin of omission is committed by someone in authority who knows that subject under him is doing something sinful and he has the authority and the duty to punish the evil done in order to put a stop to it and at the same time to discourage others from following that example.

“To leave a crime unpunished is to teach others to commit it.”
“The sin of the nation shall be visited upon its people if its citizens would not in any way prevent or correct an evil that is foreseen and can be stopped.”

The money that is declared unavailable for life, family, for the poor and the needy, the hungry, the homeless and the countless numbers of marginalized peoples and restoring culture of life and moral society is ironically always on hand for LIFE-SOUL-KILLING BARBARIC POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES. Philippines has been already colonized by the UNPFA by its reproductive health/right population and abortion programmes by adroitly confusing, obfuscating, deceiving and misleading the government officials and the entire population on population issues. UNPFA is carrying contraceptives, condoms, abortifacients, not of guns. They wear business suits, not battle fatigues, and preach the gospel of Death through populations development, utopian free-market economics, hedonistic and materialistic patterns of life, not of missionary religion. UNPFA and its allied forces like UNICEF, WHO, IPPPF, USAID and CFFC are the fiendish ogres that they conquer provinces without fanfire or gunfire by using their MULTI-MILLION DOLLARS BLOOD MONEY. Hence they could gain influences and deceptions through their luciferic spirits all the financially and economically obsessed leaders of the heavily-indebted starving third world nations far greater than the standing armed forces could hope to have.

THE PHILIPPINE POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMME WITH MILLIONS OF DOLLARS of AID FROM THE UNITED NATIONS POPULATION FUND (UNPF) PLUS US$100 MILLION (P5 BILLION) (PRI Review, March-April 2002 issue) plus other financial grants from other country-governments, multinational corporations, international-foreign-commercial-banking institutions, international organizations and super-rich individuals is the reflection of the “INSANITY” of the present anti-life/family/justice economic system. UNPFA Reproductive Health means fertility regulation means contraception and interrupting pregnancies mean ABORTION. There is no true freedom and life while culture of injustice and culture of death keep our Filipino population in constant bondage.

PANAY ISLAND PROVINCES ALREADY UNDER UNPFA POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES WITH MULTI-MILLION DOLLARS FUND FOR 5 YEARS.

UNPFA provides dollars fund to Philippine provinces as part of its contraceptive imperialism with the Memorandum of Agreements (MOA) and with the endorsements of local government officials have become protectors and lackeys of the UNPFA’s immoral population control programmes and have become gullible to the nostrums of reproductive health/right programmes unknowingly supporting the hidden agenda of UN’s target for the legalization of abortion, divorce, same-sex marriage and euthanasia in the Philippines. Panay Island Governors and local government officials have become accomplices of the culture of death, have swallowed the poison of population control ideologies without qualm or question and without consultation to the Catholic Church Hierarchy and to their constituents. Panay Island provinces are now faced with moral economic and social uncertainties and ruins.

UNPFA had provided US$1.1 MILLION plus other reported grants from elsewhere for 5-year POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES in Capiz Province along with the same projects in Iloilo , Aklan and Antique provinces in 1999-2000. HOW MANY MORE PANAY ISLAND UNBORN CHILDREN WILL BE BARBARICALLY MURDERED BY THE WELL-KNOWN INJECTABLE CHEMICAL ABORTION METHODS? In Panay Island , out of 5 million population, there are already hundreds of thousands of poor women/families are suffering the side-effects of contraceptives and abortifacients. Under the prevailing circumstances of massive well-funded population control programmes by UNPFA and the USAID-backed up Well-Family Clinic, millions of poor natives/families/women are the target for birth control and in great danger of birth dearth in the next 10 to 20 years. This means that Panay Island will also become some of the Philippines provinces to suffer below replacement level by 2010 to 2020. Who will replace the ageing population without children?

It is a nightmare of a great lie to promote that population growth is the root-cause of poverty, and the population control is the solution. UNPFA and the government cannot increase the savings of the population and cannot help improve the delivery of health services by distributing condoms, contraceptives and abortifacients. The present economic crisis is not at all because of population growth or not a failure of the Filipino people in terms of productions, but a reflection upon the alien creed of International Free Market Vitiated Capitalism in which too many gullible and corrupt Filipino officials have taken to their bosoms. Philippine is in the culmination of economics crisis, NOT BECAUSE OF POPULATION GROWTH, NOT BECAUSE OF POOR PEOPLE, but because of the basically flawed and fatally-unstabled debt-based economic system, the banking and financial model the Filipino leaders so enthusiastically but blindly adopted and as a result Philippines is sinking under the deluge of debts with hair-raising P5 TRILLION (US$200 BILLION in excess) total debts at US$6.3 to US$7 BILLION interest payments to Commercial and International Bankers without any hope of payment. Reported cases of thousands dying caused by hunger-related circumstances are too shameful and disgraceful in the countrysides while Philippine Government has US$ 130 MILLION fund for population control programmes since 2000 through the distribution of condoms, contraceptives and abortifacients.

Prioritizing interest payments of $billions to IMF/WB at the cost of human life is a nightmare of a great economic insanity. International banking profits are more valuable than HUMAN LIFE. It is grossly unfair more than ever that 200 of the richest families in the world earn as much as 2 billion poor people; 20 of the richest population most particularly in USA/UK/EU/Middle East and some parts in Asia, et al use 86% of the WORLD RESOURCES, leaving the remaining 14% for 80% of the poor population in hand to mouth undernourished survival or getting foods from the garbages, living in absolute poverty. International Banks, institutions and multinational corporations and tycoons have accumulated wealth and controlled money and even foods and thus controlled life.

In 1998 document published by Third World Resurgence, 1999 issue, Penang, Malaysia, US$30 BILLION aid from the rich nations was reported given to the third world nations but did not feed down to the poor and the needy but CONTRACEPTIVES, CONDOMS AND ABORTIFACIENTS and on the same year third world governments, being pressured, paid back US$250 BILLION of INTEREST PAYMENTS as a whole rich nations under the tutelage and supervision of IMF/WB.

There are almost 21 chapters in the Old Testament and 17 chapters in the New Testament condemning the terrible evils of abortion. Direct abortion is a terrible murder as it is directly against the Fifth Commandment: “Thou shall not kill”. Canon Law of the Church 1398 or 1314 states: “A person who procures a completed abortion incurs excommunication Latae Sententiae by the very commission of the offense,” and subject to the conditions provided by the Canon Law 1323, 1324.

The United Nations Population Control programmes would involve the murder of BILLIONS OF UNBORN BABIES. Because of curbing the population by various abortion methods such as surgical abortion and partial birth abortion legalized in many countries that would mean 150 to 200 MILLION abortion cases per year, not counting the hundreds of millions through chemical abortion methods produced by Postinor Abortifacient pill, Norplant, Depo-Provera injectable and RU-486 and herbal abortifacients practiced by quack doctors in the Philippines and Third World villages. Other population control activity at work so brainwashing to young people is IMMORAL/ HEDONISTIC/SATANIC SEX EDUCATION under the code word of SEXUAL RIGHTS. So therefore, legalized abortion of 2.85 BILLION babies within the next 20 years to keep the population at 7.2 by the year 2015. And eventually through the proliferation and abortifacients, there will also be billion of illegal abortion cases within this period. Philippines is now extremely pressured to legalize abortion, same-sex marriage, divorce and euthanasia within 5 to 10 years time. ABORTION IS LEGALIZED in more than 83 countries as of today and within the next 20 years it will spread to 170 countries, mostly member-states of UN, and as according to UNDP-United Nations Development Programme plans to push through the population control programmes. Schismatic Catholics For a Free Choice (CFFC), The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), The United Nations Population Fund (UNPF) and many other pro-abortion population controllers, including US Agency for International Development (USAID) are committed to their diabolical and heinous crimes against the innocent unborn children with the annual murder in the hecatomb of abortion of 50 MILLION throughout the world. The United Nations has even shamelessly admitted and pegged a quota of 2.77 BILLION abortions in the next 20 years allotting US$17 BILLION for POPULATION PROGRAMMES FOR ZERO POPULATION GROWTH.

UN’s multi-billion dollars fund for massive population control programmes under the engineering/adroit name of development, reproductive rights/health (code name for abortion) in the Philippines, in the First, Second and Third World regions in times of dire poverty, unemployment, hunger, starvation, chronic shortage of money, devaluation, inflationary pressures, colossal indebtedness of many families and nations, homelessness of hundreds of millions of families in the whole world and man-made/natural calamities ARE ONE OF THE 21st CENTURY’S CRAZIEST ACTIVITIES IN THE WORLD TODAY. UN money from the contribution of the member-nations is EXTRAVAGANTLY WASTED for wickedness and for the culture of death. How many more hundreds of billions of dollars UN will waste within the next 10 to 20 years for killing the unborn in the world.

Under UN programmes mankind’s situation is getting apocalyptic than ever. IT IS WOEFUL THAT G-8 NATION-RICH-GOVERNMENTS, MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS, INTERNATIONAL BANKERS, RICH-TYCOON-INDIVIDUALS, ECONOMISTS, AND POLITICIANS ARE MESMERIZED TO CONTINUE SUPPORTING THE LUCIFERIC PROGRAMMES AND UNFORTUNATELY TOO WITH THE CONSENT OF THE WORLD’s POPULATIONS. UN has been in fiasco to solve the problems of violence and terrorism. And much more, UN has been useless to eradicate the international illegal drug trafficking in the world. And yet billions of dollars are wasted every year from the world’s taxpayers’ money of the member-nations while the problems remain in the same, and in fact sadly get worse off than ever.

UN’s BOGUS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.

The United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP) well-financed and sponsored by the biotechnology industries, deceptively promoting new technologies in its claim to eradicate hunger and poverty which were created in RESPONSE TO “GLOBAL MARKET PRESSURES” of the multinationals, NOT FOR THE NEEDS OF THE POOR – who have very tiny purchasing power. Biotechnology being promoted by UNDP is for the benefit of the super-rich multinationals – that SUPPORT ABORTION INDUSTRY IN THE WORLD, and will therefore bypass, rather than benefit, the poor/hungry deprived families in the third world region and elsewhere in the world.

Why to create more technologically-artificial GMOs foods to feed the hungry where there is NO actually shortage of foods in the world and where in fact billions of tones or hundreds of billion of pounds of FOODS are stockpiled and left to rot in the whole world, practically going to waste? Biotech-produced foods are very expensive in which the poor in dire poverty can never afford. If poor families cannot afford to buy their NORML DIETARY REQUIREMENTS of food for a day, how UNDP proposes and supports to make biotechnology foods to make these available to the poor? UN biotechnology project from BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FUND FROM THE CONTRIBUTING-MEMBER-NATIONS IN THE QUAGMIRE OF DEBTS, MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES AND RICH INDIVIDUALS BY PRODUCING TRANSGENIC CROPS TO SOLVE HUNGER AND POVERTY IS PREPOSTEROUS, WILL, IN REALITY, PUSH MORE PEOPLE INTO POVERTY AND DEBT TRAPS. The truth is: There is no actually shortage of food and no shortage of money in the world only if these are not controlled. And there could be no valid reasons for one billion people to go hungry in THIS AGE OF GLOBAL PLENTY. The problem is selfishness. Children dying of malnutrition and hunger in the midst of plenty is a crime against humanity, against God and blight on the bounty of nature. It is truly pestiferous that monetary system operates against life, the major cause of the artificial control and shortage of money with the greed and avarice that UN fails to address. It is insane world that one billion people go hungry everyday when the global economy produces wealth of around US$30 TRILLION annually but only favourable to powerful and super-rich multinational corporations, global mega-bankers, global manipulators, commercial-financial institutions, tycoons, global and regional syndicates, to anti-life/family/poor organizations, foundations, associations, and to world council of churches and thus finance to research and experimentations in human destruction such as human cloning and human embryonic stem-cell activities with MILLIONS OF DOLLARS (Australia $46 MILLION Stem Cell Research Project through aborted children) as part of lucrative market for abortion industry of selling aborted package baby body parts for organ transplant, medical purposes, growing and attenuating viruses for vaccines particularly for the development of the polio vaccine. In 2000, the US National Institutes of Health spent US$18.6 MILLION on research projects that used ABORTED CHILDREN’S FETAL TISSUE and US$1.8 MILLION on research involving fetal tissue transplantation.

THE INFAMOUS MEMO NSCM 200

It is Kissinger who wrote out the infamous Memo NSCM 200 in which he claimed that the security of the United States required that the world population be reduced to less than 3 Billion (UN proposes 1 billion population) and be maintained at this level. To achieve this end, the said Memo has proposed the USE OF ECONOMIC BLACKMAIL, THE THREAT OF ECONOMIC SANCTIONS to force every country to adopt ANTI-LIFE POLICIES AND TO FAVOR CONTRACEPTION, ABORTION, STERILIZATION, PROMISCUITY, HOMOSEXULITY, DIVORCE, ETC.

After the approval of this Memo by former Pres. Carter, the World Bank, an agent of the Beast, spent BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to organize International Conferences to promote the ADOPTION OF THE ANTI-HUMAN LIFE MEASURES proposed by Kissinger, and to force every country to accept the Mark of the Beast 666 to buy and sell and enact laws leading to their auto-genocide. The best known of these conferences are that of Rio de Janeiro on ecology, that of Cairo-Egypt on population, and that of Beijing on the condition of women and that of Hague, Netherlands on population control reproductive rights. Money was made abundant to permit all anti-Christian movements to be well and almost exclusively represented at these sessions of the Beast.

IF WE WANT THE PRESENT POPULATION IN PANAY ISLAND TO STILL HAVE DESCENDANTS IN 2010-2020 AND BEYOND, AND IF WE WANT PANAY ISLAND TO HAVE A FUTURE ACCORDING TO THE PLAN OF GOD, WE MUST THEREFORE FIGHT AGAINST THE BEAST (UNPFA) AND UNCOMPROMISINGLY PROMOTE THE SACREDNESS OF HUMAN LIFE. ALL THE REST WILL BE ADDED TO US BY THE LORD OF LIFE.

These conscienceless UNPFA, IPPF, CFFC, USAID enormous entities with the springs of funding from many sources ARE WANTING TO MAKE OUR COUNTRY DIVIDED, WEAK AND EASY PREY FOR GLOBAL FORCES TO OPERATE AND EXPLOIT. Anti-life forces are part of the forces of globalization to perpetuate our enslavement by making it appear that overpopulation (no such thing as overpopulation) is the cause of massive poverty not the excessive greed and avarice of the International Bankers and multinational corporations. Third world Philippines is facing economic catastrophe, the most deadliest economic situation in SE-Asia than Bangladesh . Anti-life global capitalism does not believe that rich and powerful nations have any responsibility towards the poor nations. Today’s barbarity under the culture of death programmed by the rich nations is seen to have superseded yesterday’s barbarity and paganism. ABORTION AND POPULATION CONTROL MUST END BEFORE THESE END THE WHOLE HUMANITY IN EVERLASTING FIRE IN HELL.

2 MAJOR PROPOSALS FOR LIFE, FAMILY AND JUSTICE FOR THE FILIPINO PEOPLE:

1. STOP LIFE-WASTING-KILLING, SOUL-DESTROYING AND FINANCIALLY-CRAZY-WASTING ANTI-HEALTH POPULATION PROGRAMMES. UNPFA must step out Panay Island and its programmes must be phased out and withdrawn. Millions/billions of money for population control programmes could save millions of poor families/ children/sick/aged/homeless peoples in the Panay Island , in the whole Philippines and in the Third world. USE MONEY FOR LIFE AND GOD BLESS HUMANITY. If not, we will continue to perish to extinction either by birth dearth or under heavy chastisements and tribulation and wrath of God in the form of war and devastating natural calamities. ABORTION IS A MORTAL SIN THAT HAS OFFENDED GOD SO MUCH AS ONE OF THE GREATEST EVILS ON EARTH. HUMANITY UNDER THE PRESENT DANGEROUS STATE OF AFFAIRS MUST OPEN THEIR EYES, OBEY THE GOSPEL OF LIFE AND SALVATION, AND REPENT BEFORE IT WILL BE TOO LATE. Time is running out!

2. WRITE OFF DEBTS. Million of poor Filipino families and children die because of DEBTS and millions of the third world poor families are dying because of huge debts of their nations and the EVIL CONDITIONALITIES OF POPULATION CONTROL. Debt cancellation is therefore largely a matter of numerical accountancy that if done, can certainly build up a new pro-life/family-based economic system that will respect the faith, truth, sacredness of human life and beauty of the family: that raising children is the true wealth of the family and of the nation. Money must be used to invest for LIFE AND SOUL, for children and restore the dignity of the family and promote justice and charity.
