MY SPEECH: SOLUTIONS FOR THE PHILIPPINES ?

My Former Classmates and Friends, Good Afternoon!



Thanks for inviting me as your speaker to speak the so-called monstrous problems on life, family and justic issues to you today in this reunion-meeting?



We are in the climax of the problems and litmus test for our survival. The question of how can we survive, our children and help save other innocent children.



Our government officials are mostly supportive to SYSTEMS AND POLICIES that are practically anti-life, family and anti-poor. One of these is the Reproductive Rights Bills pending in the Philippine Congress but might anytime resurrect the proposal as constantly pressured by the International Agencies that advocate the legalization of abortion in the Philippines.



We are on the same boat of our present sufferings.



May I ask you? Do you think we have solution for the Philippine crisis that respects life, family and justice for the innocents?



Given the enormity of the country’s endless problems, we have to seriously understand the things I am going to clearly explain to you.


THE ORTHODOX AND CONVENTIONAL ANTI-LIFE/FAMILY SOLUTIONS OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT TO THE PROBLEMS ARE:


DEBT? Or Further Debt At Interest? WITH THE CONDITIONS OF POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAM THROUGH THE UNPFA'S BACK UP REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS PROPOSAL AND BILL IN CONGRESS:


But take note: From the original IMF loan of $800 Million and WB loan of $700 Million in 1978 stipled with POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAMMES, our TOTAL DEBT HAS horrendously increased by endless further borrowings and accompanied by HIGHLY USURIOUS INTEREST rates over the years to a close to US$350 BILLION or P6 Trillion plus Pesos with the INTEREST PAYMENT OF P700.6 Billion or US$14 Billion in 2009 irrespective it is being reduced or not as part of government’s debt management, but it is still the same. ONE OF THE MAJOR CONDITIONS OF IMF AND WB LOANS IS TO LEGALIZE ABORTION IN THE PHILIPPINES.


PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT OUR DEBT IS INCREASING AT P1.2 BILLION DAILY IN THE CALENDAR YEAR IN THE EQUIVALENT OF $millions of dollars. All these interest-bearing loans with anti-life strings attached are going to most anti-life operations in the Philippines.


MOST DEBTS ARE IDENTIFIED TO BE ODIOUS AND ANOMALOUS and therefore criminal against the Filipino people due to the fact THAT CONDITIONS TO BORROWING ARE AGAINST THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE OF LIFE AND FAMILY ISSUES.


TAXES OR MORE TAXES? - to back up and finance population control programmes and finance the advocacy to legalise abortion?


I have discovered that TAXES with evidences are A LEGALIZED ROBBERY UNDER THE ANTI-LIFE FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEM, DEBT FINANCE for the endless payment of interest to BANKERS, FOR BAILING OUT TO THOSE GREEDY ENTITIES that are hostile to human life and innocents, OR GIVING EXCESSIVE BONUSES TO OVER-FED AND SUMPTUOUS BANKERS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND WELL-PAID ORTHODOX ECONOMISTS--who say that BABIES CAUSE POVERTY, WHO SAY THAT ABORTION CAN BE THE SOLUTION TO POVERTY, AND THAT, AND WHO CAUSE THE UNNECESSARY CRISIS, AND Billions of Pesos allocated for PORK BARRELS FOR OUR FILIPINO LEGISLATORS THAT SUPPORT THE REPRODUCTIVE RIGHT BILLS OR ABORTION BILL, doing nothing practically to save human life and the poor and the needy in the countryside, but only for their political power and political parties that are anti-abortion, and use the money as donations for the campaign to legalise abortion and for graft and corruption and personal aggrandizements at the cost of the sufferings of the poor families and children.


PHILIPPINE BUREAU OR INTERNAL REVENUE or BIR – the tax department of the Department of Finance TARGETS a goal TO DRASTICALLY COLLECT taxes by 2009, this year in the amount of P11.6 Billion EXACERBATED BY the WASHINGTON CONSENSUS and imposition of the anti-life IMF-WB 12% EXPANDED VALUED ADDED TAX or E-VAT that would become 15% by the year 2010-2011.


LIBERALIZATION AND PRIVATIZATION AGAINST HUMAN LIFE?



WE HAVE NO CHOICE?



Liberalization has also brought the intensified culture of death in the country with the coming of FOREIGN SPEAKERS PRESENTING AND TALKING THE NECESSITY FOR THE PHILIPPINES TO INTENSIFY POPULATION CONTROL AND LEGALISE ABORTION.
Also please note that the BANKING LIBERALIZATION AND PRIVATIZATION AND SELLING OFF PHILIPPINE ASSETS that nothing left for the poor Filipinos, that is criminal against the Filipinos and to Filipino children, ARE AMONG THE OF THE MANY STRINGS ATTACHED to LOANS to the IMF and the WB to Philippine Government. And given to our compliance to international (mandated) COVENANTS, the Philippines has rushed into PRO-DEATH GATT or General Agreement On Tariffs and Trade/World Trade Organization or WTO and yet alas,
AFTER HAVING COMPLIED, Philippines, along with other co-accused poor highly indebted nations: Uruguay, Costa Rica and Malaysian Territories Labua, is accused as WORST OFFENDERS, BY THE ORGANIZATION FOR ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT OR OECD AS NON-COOPERATIVE TAX HAVEN in SE-Asia at the recent G-20 Meeting in London, UK.


WHAT BENEFITS DO OR DID WE DERIVE FROM THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENANTS, PER SE, FROM IMF MEMBERSHIP AND ITS PRESCRIPTIONS AND POPULATION CONTROL CONDITIONS, BITTER PILLS OF ECONOMIC STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENTS? Or how much the DAMAGES OR PLUNDER TO HUMAN LIFE, TO OUR ECONOMY AND ENVIRONMENT it has caused upon us?


LIBERALIZATION? Against Life and Families?


Local factories and companies have closed down as we can’t compete to world markets. How many millions of jobs were painfully and heartbreakingly lost and their families and children when we opened the floodgates of imported goods with inadequate safety nets and protection to our own local producers?


HOW MANY FILIPINO FAMILIES and their children BECAME IMPOVERISHED AND DYING OF HUNGER IN THE COUNTRYSIDE when local companies that were built over several decades were suddenly wiped out in the name of TRADE LIBERALIZATION that I know is very anti-life.

The liberalization policies that exacerbate the increase rate of huge indebtedness of most families and SHAMEFUL RATE of beggary and mendicancy in the countryside and that causes suicidal tendencies to most peoples.


PRIVATIZATION OR SELLING OFF PHILIPPINE ASSETS TO PAY OUR FOREIGN DEBTS? DEBTS INCURRED AT INTEREST WITH THE ANTI-LIFE CONDITIONS. WITH DOUBLE DAMAGES: DAMAGE TO OUR ECONOMY AND DESTRUCTION OF HUMAN LIFE.


Philippine continues to sell our COUNTRY’S NATURAL WEALTH AND ASSETS to foreigners that allow 100% ownerships, to multinational companies and global tycoons that are at the side of the culture of death, that only promote greed and destruction of life and environment TO RAISE BILLIONS OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING ANNUAL BUDGET DEFICIT ORIGINALLY CAUSED BY DEBT PAYMENT under anti-life financial-economic system and debt-based economy.



DO WE, FILIPINOS, OR OUR GOVERNMENT GAIN FROM PRIVATIZATIONS? Most of these state-assets have become already private-assets like electric, water and our major terminals, port, even airports, etc.


ARE WE ABLE TO PAY THE TOTAL DEBTS AND INTEREST while we continue to comply with the anti-life conditions, FROM THE FUNDS FROM THE SELLING OF THE STATE-OWNED ASSETS?



Certainly not.


Deregulation


The cartel-like operation of oil industry of the financed-backed multinational oil corporations will continue to increase the prices being dictated by the cartels without any mercy to poor families and children.


DEBT, INTEREST, TAXES, PRIVATIZATION, DEREGULATION AND COMPLIANCE TO ANTI-LIFE/FAMILY CONDITIONS TO INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM UNDER WASINGTON CONSENSUS are not THE SOLUTIONS TO PHILIPPINE CRISIS.


OUR SOLUTION IS SIMPLE: WE HAVE MUST PRO-LIFE BASED SYSTEM AND POLICIES.


PRO-LIFE DEBT-FREE MONEY CREATION ECONOMY.


The Philippine Government must take back its power of creating money from the private banks and thus CREATE MONEY DEBT FREE BY LEGISLATION AND BY THE PROVISION OF THE NEW PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION. I am favorable to charter change for the reform of the economic system or banking system and not for the extension of power of the President and the present incumbent government officials.

DEBT FREE MONEY CREATION CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF DEBT, INTEREST, TAXES, BANKRUPTCY, POVERTY AND HUNGER OF THE FILIPINO FAMILIES IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. THERE WILL BE SMOOTH FLOW OF MONEY IN VOLUME AND IN CIRCULATION TO KEEP THE ECONOMY IN MOTION without debt for the service of life.


DEBT FREE MONEY CREATION CAN PROVIDE DIVIDEND OR SUPPLEMENTARY BASIC INCOME TO EVERY FILIPINO CITIZEN: father, mother, child or children and or to EVER FILIPINO FAMILY regularly in the country that can be the foundation of PRO-LIFE BASED ECONOMY TO ALL.


I hope I have clearly enlightened you all of our enormous country’s problems with pro-life solutions.

Please help me and follow me before it is too late. Let us proclaim the beauty of Life, of the Gospel of Life! Let us create a culture of justice for our innocents!


LET US MAKE RALLIES IN HE COMING WEEKS, MONTHS, NEXT YEAR TO DEMAND AND PRESSURE, not just ask, THE GOVERNMENT, the government officials and leaders WE VOTED LAST ELECTION, TO HEED OUR MAJOR CALL to ABANDON THE ANTI-LIFE ECONOMIC SYSTEM.


Let us take action immediately. Hunger is terrible with more than 2.9 Million Filipinos suffering hunger daily in the Philippines according to recorded statistics but honestly, there are more than 20 million Filipinos in the starvation circumstances. There are so many suffering families, born and unborn children that need help but there is nothing we can do unless we change the system. WE HAVE TO KEEP THE FAITH AND TRUST GOD THAT THERE WILL BE HOPE IN THE MIDST OF DESPAIR. LET THERE BE TRIUMPH OF TRUTH, JUSTICE AND LIFE IN THE NEW CIVILIZATION OF LOVE!
