Pro-Abortion & Pro-Vaccine Conditional Subsidy to poor Filipino Families

Pro-Abortion & Pro-Vaccine Conditional Subsidy
– Cash Grants

To Selected Poor Filipino Families in the Philippines

A Calming Tool And Deception of the

Philippine Government

By Reynalda Anating Encina & The Pro-life Mothers

Based on the Memorandum of Agreement of Government’s poverty alleviation and social development programme that has been presented to President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on November 26, 2009 at the Rizal Hall in Malacanang Palace, Metro Manila and supported by Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and 444 local chief executives, the Philippine Government has the of expansion of the “Pantawid Pamilyang Filipino Program” which means “Bridging Filipino Family Program” to according benefit of only 1 Million Filipino poor families by the provision of “cash grants” in the amount of to poorest municipalities across the country, carefully selected by the officials of the Social welfare officials with pro-choice and pro-abortion/pro-vaccination conditions and means tests.

The Philippine Government has only so far selected according to pro-choice/pro-abortion/pro-vaccine criteria and requirements one million Filipino poor families 1,000,000 in the poorest municipalities or towns in the Philippine countryside out of 80 million Filipinos whose 40 to 60 Million are in the state of dire poverty. The government's grant is only more or less US$30 or P1,400 (UK15 pounds sterling) Philippine Peso to a poor Filipino household with the condition of 3 qualified children. A Filipino household with more than 3 children is not included, that is automatically rejected.

Additional $20 (UK12 pounds sterling) more or less P500 will be given per household as selected with only 3 children for health and nutrition. They are referring to vaccination as health measures.

Mandatory Conditions to Philippine Government’s Grants To Selected Filipino poor families:

1. Pre-Post Natal Care to Pregnant Mothers – either be given drug medicines and vaccines.
2. Must be attended by Trained Health Professional During Child Birth – by immediately vaccinating the infants and or immediately put the mothers in tubal ligation and other forms of artificial birth control.
3. Must attend “Responsible Parenthood” or Reproductive Rights and Reproductive Health Seminar sessions and other related seminars. Responsible Parenthood or reproductive rights include and or as codeword for “abortion”.
4. Infants of selected poor Filipino families from 0-5 year age must be fully or completely vaccinated and as planned including the H1N1 Vaccine to children.
5. Children of selected poor Filipino families must receive regular checks up that are usually prescribed by drug medicines and bogus health products of the drug companies.
6. Children of selected poor Filipino families must be required at the age of 3-5 to attend the daycare or pre-school classes at least 85% of the time daily which we know is early stage brainwashing.
7. Children of selected poor Filipino families must enroll in Government’s elementary and high school and must at least attend 85% of the time which is the next stage of brainwashing.
8. Children of selected poor Filipino families aged 6-14 must receive deworming pills twice a year.
The funding for this programme is a tiniest fraction of a trickle from the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development and ameliorated by grants and partly loans from the WB and from other agencies like UNPFA and WHO with conditions and strings attached like ‘MANDATORY VACCINATION and birth control as a matter of imposed policies. These international agencies advocate artificial population control and mandatory vaccination programs that include H1N1 vaccine to Filipinos by early as of 2010.

We welcome any feedback and comments and any back up against this programme.

Thank you.
